Never having planned a wedding before, believe me, other vendors are not as attentive, on top of everything, professional, and controlled as Natural Expressions is. I know full well that this company offers an extraordinary experience. When we first talked to Frank on recommendation from a friend, I knew we needed to look no further. We had three options and Natural Expressions was the middle in terms of price but clearly on top in terms of service and professionalism. Anytime I needed something, Frank was there or a member of his staff, which was much appreciated. Far too often I was trying to track other vendors down to have even a short conversation, but never once did I feel that way with Frank, Telmo, or any other staff member. Whenever I called or emailed, I received a response within 24 hours. On the days leading up to the wedding Telmo reached out to review all information and put us at ease. On the day of the wedding Telmo and his assistant arrived early, set up and helped us get going. He even helped calm me down when my mom asked too many questions. hahah. I honestly cannot wait to see our wedding photos! I know Telmo did a great job, as he handled our engagement shoot prior to our wedding shoot. I only wait with baited breath because I know their team is the best in the business. I would recommend them for any event anywhere anytime. I hope to use them in the future!

For our wedding especially during the pandemic, they walked us through everything in making it a very special day given the limited number of people we were allowed at the venues. They are very hands on even with an emotional bride having to make major changes daily with the pandemic to make it all work. He was punctual on my big day and ready to capture all of the special moments. He presented my work to me in a timely manner sooner than my coworkers photographer who married in June. ! Thank you's, photos on a CD and acrylic album was included in my package. Although we had minor disagreements in what was promised Danial made this up by including in my package a large photo calendar with my sons on the front. His pictures were amazing and his retouching matched my theme of vintage, chic and elegant! Amazing priceless snapshots! He knew just where to be and at the right time! We were thrilled with our proofs, but when we asked for them and our videos to be provided in the form of a USB, we were ignored. Both videos were linked to Natalie Hedley Caro's Vimeo account. Once the Vimeo account expired, we were unable to access any of our wedding videos. Only once did I hear back from her after sharing mutual frustration with several other unhappy customers via her Instagram account. This seemed to gain her attention more than my pleas for copies of our wedding videos. After paying 7K to Natalie and reaching out to her several times, we are still unable to access our wedding videos. Emails bounce back as undeliverable and her website has been deactivated. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a reliable photographer. Very disappointed with Natalie.

We had about 200 people at our wedding and wanted a room in which folks could get away from the band and have intimate conversations. We had a photo booth and a tea lounge in a separate room and it was perfect. The photo booth is so much fun because you have the ability to control when you take the picture (you hold the clicker) and so we had a great time taking pictures with the different groups of friends and family. And not only was it a clever and interesting activity during the party but now I have these great pictures of my friends and family having a really good time. They were truly able to capture the essence of the celebration through the wonderful photos of guests in their 70's/80's "Glam Rock" outfits.
