Totally destroyed an irreplaceable print, purchased while in Japan that I wanted framed!! Couldn't back a simple print. Bubbles everywhere, ink smudged and removed from where they have attempted to flatten bubbles. Destroyed and unusable! STILL CHARGED US FOR DESTROYING IT then gave us attitude. No apology or refund.
