Let me start off by saying one star is a rating too high for the experience that I just had at this rotten place of business. I went to Frames N Things because they're the only place in this small, failing hokey poke town that ships FedEx. I called first to ask if they shipped FedEx and the lady on the phone was very awkward and short with me (already off putting). I drove there and asked for a FedEx box to ship in. The lady at the counter kept pressing me relentlessly about what I was sending out. I told her it was a firearm being shipped out for repair with a prepaid FedEx label. She immediately shut me out and said they don't ship firearms. I asked if anybody else in town could ship and she said no. Then some crazy trash lady from a business next door starts yelling and talking reckless about another business in town that I said shipped a firearm through UPS. She wouldn't stop yelling and ripping on the other business. She actually made herself so mad that she ran next door into her witches hideout (unmarked business). At this point I'm getting frustrated and I only had very limited time to be there, so I left. To top it off, the rude lady at the counter never even gave me the FREE FedEx box that I had requested. This town needs some major tuning up because letting businesses like this operate with absolute minimal services is going to cause major failure. I will never go to this business ever again. I was returning my 22lr rifle to the manufacturer for repair. I have a FedEx shipping label from the manufacturer. I drive 60 miles one way to ship it. Well, this place does ship guns for FedEx. It has a FedEx sign in the window! This was not clear in the process. I probably could live with this except I wasn't even told politely. I was told in a fashion like I should have known this. Who knows how you would be treated if you buying something from her! read more
