We had several maintenance issues including a water leak at the main kitchen faucet. Unfortunately we had to withhold rent payment to get our maintenance requests even considered. We filled out our requests online, we sent emails, and we even called the office and left messages. While the maintenance issues were eventually solved aft weeks of issues , as a property manager Jadiz should have done her job better and handled her responsibilities to the property in a much more responsible way. She was always slow to communicate with us and she simply did not understand the rental contract as evidenced by her slow response time to our issues with the home. We understand that she has left the rental property side of real estate and is now a real estate agent with this company which is now Century 21 Miller Elite. If you are using this real estate company, find a more experienced and dedicated agent than Jadiz.
