As such, they are very sloppy in the application and as a result they apply to my landscaping as well as the grass and they have killed some plants, or they totally miss areas. They stay well away from my garden, which I appreciate, but there is a 6 foot plus radius around my garden that is being taken over by weeds. My yard also has some areas that are getting worse so we had one of their guys come out. He took a sample and some pictures of the plants they were killing, but no one ever got back to us. Four weeks later and a few phone calls they claim that they know nothing about the sample or the pics but said they will stop and take a look. An appointment was made for a specific date and time but no one ever showed up.... After two phone calls they said they forgot. When I brought up the pics and samples they said they didn't know that those were from me. As for the bad areas in my yard they said that I needed to kill it off with Roundup and replant my grass. I give up.... I paid for a full program for the summer and now that Fall is here, my yard looks worse than it did at the start of summer.

Consumer Warning Regarding Prime Irrigation…read more I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We signed a written agreement for lawn care services and paid in advance. The agreed-upon services were not completed. After discussing the issue, the owner acknowledged the situation and agreed to refund us $550. Despite that agreement, the refund has not been paid. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and have been given refund dates that have come and gone without payment. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to reach a resolution, but we are still waiting for either the promised refund or a concrete payment plan. What concerns me most is that while this issue remains unresolved, we have been blocked by the business, and the company appears to continue taking on new customers and projects. I am not sharing this to be vindictive--I am sharing it because if I had known beforehand that I might have to spend this much time and effort trying to recover money that was acknowledged as owed to me, I would have made a different decision. If the refund is paid and the matter is resolved, I will update this post accordingly. As of today, however, we have not received the $550 refund that was agreed upon. Update to my previous review of Hollandia Outdoors: May 2025: They removed the incompetent…read moreproject manager who did not listen to her customers. They hired a new Director of Sales, Scott Golin, and they have hired a whole new team of professionals who care about their customer's satisfaction. Scott reached out and offered to make things right with a free service of my choosing. I suggested installing 2 native pollinator plantings. He suggested a Button Bush and Diabolo Ninebark. His team installed them last week! I'm very optimistic that Hollandia Outdoors has redeemed themselves and will be the kind of company that I hired them for in 2021.
