I do wish they had more fitting rooms. This time I came in, did a lap of the store, and gave up on getting in a fitting room without a 20 to 30 minute wait. There was also a long line at checkout. I haven't seen the checkout line before, although there is usually a fitting room line in my experience. I went in on a weekend today, so that is likely the reason for so much more traffic than usual! I would come back to the store again, but would either try to budget plenty of time, or come on a weekday when things may not be as busy.

It does skew toward the fast fashion trend wise.

So I was quite excited to see the Westroads Mall get a BoxLunch location. The staff here was absolutely killing it with service, even with the busy atmosphere of it being a shiny new store with all the fandoms people collect and love. Honestly it felt very much like a Hot Topic, like the signage and the layout seemed to be almost the exact same. Which makes sense as BoxLunch is a subsidiary of Hot Topic - I just thought there would be a little more of a difference. They had a significantly less "edgy" vibe compared to Hot Topics that I've visited before. Consequently, the atmosphere in this store is more relaxed and conducive to shopping. They also have their own exclusive items that aren't the same as Hot Topic (like POPs and Loungefly stuff). It seems to be slightly pricier than similar items I've seen at comparable shops that sell branded and collectible items. I'd still recommend checking out BoxLunch though, as it's cool to see items in person vs. only online. Make sure to bring your bigger pocketbook, both because they have a lot of neat stuff you'll be tempted by and because those things will not be the most inexpensive collectibles you've ever seen!

Every time I've been in the store, I'm shocked at how huge it is! It is well staffed, with…read moreknowledgeable employees in each specified area. There are signs throughout, so it is relatively easy to find the area you are hoping to shop in. Each time I've come to search for something, I have not had any luck. The main reasons I have not bought anything here are either of it. Nothing fits my frame/style (This store is much more geared towards women than juniors, and business/cocktail attire than anything casual), and that the price point is high above competitors I shop at. Overall, I do not think I am their target market, but I am shocked that people come in and spend what they do for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Probably just a matter of opinion, but I do not frequent this store often for that reason. I do know a lot of friends who get great deals with within the shoe clearance area -- this seems to be what they're known for! I looked around, and did see some decent deals, but nothing that I needed. Overall, I would come back here to shop at the shoe clearance, but probably nothing else.

But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. The Humble Lily takes higher-end items and meticulously organizes, steams and ensures they are in still great quality. What's even better is here you will find some amazing designer items - Tory Burch, Burberry, custom furs and so on. A lot of items still have tags - I've found $400 skirts knocked down to $40.
