First off, AMAZING. One of the most relaxing yet invigorating experiences I've ever had. I went in for a medical issue that affected me mentally and emotionally (without going into details, this was one of the most challenging life moments I'd gone through). Additionally, I'm a naturally type-A, stressed out, overachiever, so anything that could help me with the stress is something I'm interested in. When I walked in, I was immediately in a better mood. The colors, the energy, Francie's happy face greeting me... they all helped bring up my mood (and this was at the end of the week when I was tired). I'd never done this before, but totally trusted Francie. I went in for the hour long reiki session and her touch was so relaxing. I didn't fall asleep, but I was very relaxed. My body twitched a couple of times which I wasn't sure if that was cause of the reiki or my tired body. At the end of it, I felt rejuvenated yet very relaxed. As this was my first time, I thought it was akin to a massage where I'd just leave afterward, however, Francie chatted with me afterwards on what SHE felt from me. What she picked up from my session was mind-boggling. She was so spot-on with everything and it was exactly what I needed to hear. There were lots of tears (good and therapeutic tears). I won't go into detail with there, but I will say she picked up on "a female energy... a grandma," as Francie said and I was blown away as my grandma had recently passed away, of whom I was close to. A couple years ago I had a profound experience where during meditation, I met and went into agreement to work with my guides whom we refer to as Elijah. This woman saved my cats life! Buttercup spent 4 days in an emergency animal hospital, $2800 worth of veterinary care and on the day we brought him home his urinary obstruction returned, for the 3rd time... Nearly 48 hours without urinating we were sadly looking at euthanasia. As I held our fur baby on my lap for what seemed to be our last snuggle, from the other room my wife said to me, "we need to watch Buttercup." I replied , why? She said "I was just messaging Francie and she's doing a remote Reiki Healing on him and he may get sleepy not to be alarmed." Unbeknownst to my wife, I told her he's here on my lap and it appears he already has. Surprised to hear she came to us immediately to investigate. "Is he ok?!" I said seems fine let him be. I woke the cat so I could get up off the couch, with shock and aww I noticed Buttercup had relieved himself soaking the pillow and half of my shirt, I mean soaked! It was a serious love-hate moment but truth be told since that healing session, Buttercups urinary battle ended. He has been peeing like a cat should ever since. I stared going to Reiki Energy Healing at the end of 2018 and the journey has been transformational. Francie is powerful and amazing!! I recently had a Reiki session and before I did I always had wondered if it was worth paying to have a "session" without the massage. I am a massage therapist, and never in my life have I felt so relaxed after a hands on massage as I did with the energy work from Reki that Francie did on me. This was my first in person reiki experience. As soon as I entered establishment I knew the energy was right (shoes off please). I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist (who was very friendly, accommodating and offered me water/tea) and the reception room was exceptionally clean/organized with a calming vibe throughout. Francie was very accommodating in terms of getting into root of why I wanted to get a reiki session. She took the time out to listen to everything I had to say and I never felt rushed or judged. When we got into the room for the reiki session, again the room was very clean/organized, soothing music played throughout and it was kept cool. I found it very easy to get comfortable. The process was relaxing as you lay down on your back then later on your stomach on a massage style table. When on your back you have a lightly scented eye mask on to block any incoming light. During this time Francie performs reiki which involves light touch and light breathing. All you need to do is relax while she does her thing. Now as for the actual benefits from the reiki session. As soon the session was finished I felt this overwhelming sense of lightness. I kept on feeling the urge to burst out laughing and couldn't stop myself from smiling. I am usually a skeptical person and I came in with no expectations. It's been a week since I've had the session and I cannot get over the fact that I feel so much lighter. I feel like this heavy weight that was on my shoulders had been lifted. My ability to stay calm and present has improved drastically. Before I felt like smiling and laughing took a lot of effort but now I feel it flowing more naturally as days go by. Francie touched upon some childhood issues that most likely need to be revisited for further healing and I totally trust her to work on that with me.
