With the motion adjustable riser frame, he showed us how it can alleviate those pressure points so much more than just a flat bed or thinking this is a splurge to watch tv. It even has a full massage feature like the chair ones at the beauty salons, snore feature, recliner feature etc... The adjustable riser frame will fit in my vintage sleigh bed and not harm my little dog who sleeps under us every night. He also features a bamboo cover mattresses some folks like but can't find easily. Scott and staff are sleep specialist trained and very knowledgeable. He also has stores Fremont and Port Clinton. I could feel the springs through it on day one, and I've just dealt with it ever since by putting foam toppers on top and trying to mask the problem. Fast forward to a few months ago when I was looking at yelp reviews for mattress places around town and stumbled upon CBUS Mattress. Everyone was leaving reviews saying "do not go anywhere else in Columbus for a mattress!" and I can see why now. Ben was absolutely amazing from day one. After making an appointment online (yes, it's appointment only and totally worth it because he spends an hour with you), I received a super nice text from him letting me know that I was welcome to hit him up with any questions prior to my appointment. The day of the appointment went very smoothly, and Ben is very welcoming and personable. He asked all the right questions to figure out the right mattress for me and my boyfriend and let us try various ones out before we committed. It was truly the best "salesman" experience I've ever had. And he even delivered it and took away my old mattress for free! This plush mattress we ended up purchasing is so comfortable. The first day or two was weird, only because I was so used to sleeping on a crappy foam topper, but now I'm getting some of the best sleep I've had in years. She is the manager at that location. Upon our arrival to the store, she had us try one of their hybrid mattresses. From there, she asked several specific questions to narrow down which type of mattress would best meet our needs; both for comfort and budget. The store is currently having a 60% off sale on mattresses. We bought two. She gave us an additional deep discount on top of the sale. The Sterns and Foster seems to be a good quality mattress. But, we have no way of knowing how long they will last. This is why the extra discount on the mattresses gave us peace of mind. Amy went the extra mile. If you are looking for traditional mattress names like Beauty Rest, Serta, Sealy, Tempur-pedic, then I would definitely recommend stopping in and seeing Amy.
