I called State Farm on Tuesday afternoon to find out the agent had not notified State Farm so now I have to pay for a rental car until my check arrives from State Farm next week. Steer clear of State Farm. Their payment system is archaic and their accountability is lackluster.

Basically said she was "trying to make it right" and did nothing. She was so ignorant that she hung up the phone on me. She has attitude and has no business working in the customer service industry. The phone goes to an automated answering service, and tells you to select a number for who you wish to speak with. I have gone through the entire directory during an emergency situation and not one person answered the phone.
