Been coming to FHTS for years now. Yes, there is a wait and yes, they're a bit pricey. But I won't stop coming here so that says something right there. I usually get first appointment of the day (always with Richard Perez) and the wait isn't too bad. I schedule my appointment way in advance to be able to always get this time slot and minimize the wait. But still expect somewhat of a wait (bring coffee & a book!). Rick is the best. Never had an issue with my returns and he cares to give you personalized guidance on your financial situation. My situation is slightly complicated but he's always willing to dive deeper to get me the best result. read more

So Tax Season has come around once again and I was so excited to do my Taxes here as I was referred by someone. My appointment was at 6:30pm on a Wednesday. I hauled a** from work to try and make it there before 6:30pm, hoping they would see me before my appointment time. I arrived there around 6:20 and as I walk into the office, it was so crowded that there was nowhere to sit. I felt as if I was in downtown in the Social Security line. I immediately got a bad vibe but like I said, I was referred to this place so I decided to stay for a little while and see how it went. I filled out the intake and was told that I needed my License and Social Security card. Thankfully I had both, but when I was called the night before at 11:00pm as a reminder of my appointment all they said was to bring "proper Identification". There was no mention of needing my Social Security card. After completing the intake information, I asked the receptionist ( a young girl who must have been 16 years old) how long it will take to be seen, she advised me that I had 2 people in front of me. I waited patiently, in this crowded loud waiting room for 30 minutes and approached the receptionist again to ask her again how much longer I had to wait but this time it was a boy who looked like he was also 16 years old. He proceeded to tell me that now I had 3 people in front of me!!!! How it was now 3 and not 2 is beyond me but I asked him for my W-2, License and Social Security card that they had made copies of and left that office running!! This place is very unprofessional. It is like a factory. You are just another number! I DO NOT recommend this place!! read more

I have been going to this place for the past 4 years and have been super satisfied with their freindly and professional service. There office keeps on expanding so that is a good thing. They take the time to get to thier clients and are open year round for any help or questions you may have. They are a full service tax place which does personal and corporate taxes. I have been doing my taxes for years here. There service was great, but for the last three years I've gotten audited and they are no help when there is an issue with your taxes. I've been waiting for my refund since March. It is expensive to do your taxes here I didn't mind paying when the service was good, but I won't be going back. read more

These guys are unprofessional from start to finish. You'll notice as soon as you get there but especially after waiting for hours to see someone even with an appointment. Sometimes the people will just not show up and they reschedule You weeks later. On top of how unprofessional they are, they don't even get you good returns. Where should I start... let me start by saying that I have been filing my taxes for over 8 years with Francisco. In the intrem I became a full time student and so Francisco's staff filled a 1040 form or must known as Tax Credit. Which is completely legal since its a " perk" of being full time student. Little did I Know, there is a four years limit. However they continued filing this form even after the 4 years limiit had exceeded. meanwhile they were and are fully aware of the consecuence. Why would they do this? Let me put it in simple English..... all they care is about their commission .... the higher is your return the more money goes young heir pocket. The day the IRS make the taxes preparer as much accountable as the consumer, this is the day these crooks will stop fucking up the consumer. read more

Took my taxes to them in June thinking this would be plenty of time to meet my october deadline since I had filed for extentions. They told me they would be ready in two weeks. Several months went by and I started to call them. Heard nothing but excuses and girl answering phone was nothing but rude Ended up taking three and a half months causing me to be late and pay a steep fine These people do not care about you in the slightest way.. read more

From start to finish, I had a very bad experience with this place. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and visibly annoyed even though her job is to answer phones and make appointments.... That was when I was lucky enough to get an answer; I was on hold for over 5 minutes my first few attempts. I was finally able to make an appointment and the day of, I still had to wait 2 hours and I heard multiple people in the waiting room with similar complaints, so I guess this is normal for them. Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse with this place, they proved me wrong. After waiting for 2 hours after my appointment time, I was greeted by a Jorge and he rushed through the whole thing, didn't ask me any questions as my previous tax preparer did, and he didn't/ couldn't answer any of the questions that I had regarding my taxes. Not worth the wait and definitely not worth the money. Oh and good luck finding out their prices because when I asked the receptionist beforehand, she told me they charged "a percentage" and never specified what that percentage was. Needless to say, these people are so unprofessional and I will never be returning to this place and would never recommend it to anybody else, either. My boyfriend had been using these people for years. I tried doing his taxes using TurboTax for free and got the taxes done correctly myself. Then, we went here and they made adjustments, that increased the refund! I knew that they exaggerated some of the line items, but they assured us that because they had been doing it for years, they knew better. Here we are almost two years ago, paying for our mistake in trusting them. IRS came back to adjust the EXACT mistakes that I called them out on! DONT DO YOUR TAXES HERE!
