The shop is small, but there were a lot of cute options mostly women's shoes. I found a pair of sandals on sale for 15 euro, they were one size too big, but the shop lady was very nice and offered to have her husband make a basic adjustment. They were really nice and helpful. The store is small and there were two people helping the four of (3 in my party). She was nice and offered assistance however the guy was an a$#hole. I've read other reviews (other sites) about the grumpy middle aged guy with poor customer service and met him in the flesh. He could not be bothered with returning a greeting or acknowledging This polished man on IG was a jerk in person which was too bad as I came to Florence to spend my $$ in his store. I went elsewhere and spw t money with a competitor. Must be nice when you can lose $400 euro sale.
