From our first phone call requesting a 'get-together', we were so surprised to immediately receive a call and suggest a meeting on a Sunday afternoon, (before all our interstate visitors arrived for our son's wedding), and we would be meeting Steve Aitken, this left us very impressed. All other handymen that I contacted asked that I first email them the list together with some photos and then either ignored me completely or text me a quote without even coming out to properly discuss the job. Elias was the only one that came out and spent time with us discussing the work and then provided me with a very reasonable quote on the spot. Elias locked in a time with me and turned up on time each day to start work, which for most trades people these days is quite unusual. The quality of the work was fantastic, and Elias continued to engage with me on how I wanted the work done through out the process. I couldn't recommend him any higher. As for us we simply jumped on the internet and persued what was available, and Millership & Co ended up being the agents that were selling the house that we eventually purchased. I have to admit that we had no problems whatsoever with these guys. They were always available to assist us in inspecting the house, and the transfer went through without a hitch. Most importantly we did feel like we got our value for money. Okay, they really only operate in the outer northern parts of Melboure, but I have to say that it was a pleasure working with them.
