They set paper on the floor all the way to my basement, put plastic on absolutely everything, and the site supervisor, Marco, made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. The branch manager even showed up at 11PM to make sure we didn't have any questions and to guide us through next steps. I've used Service Master in the past and was so happy we chose to use them again!

The project manager Alvin and his supervisor Julian both fail to return calls. At one point I questioned why they reported they sprayed a solution on my walls when they didn't (it gets billed) and Julian's reply was "maybe the technician was thinking about doing it" he expressed that he was very busy, almost to say as if I'm not. He will answer no questions with certainty and sigh like you're bothering him by calling. Alvin will blatantly just not call you back. He will say he's going to email things to be transparent and correct mistakes they have made in the past but then never follow through. At one point that had 3 dehumidifiers in my house but only 2 were running (but they'll bill for 3). They had the technician show up at any time he wanted even though we had specific scheduled times. This company is a scam and unreliable. I would never recommend someone to trust them to do the right thing when it comes to their home. The days we spent going back and forth with them and trying to get calls back, could have potentially caused our house to have further damage. I can only imagine the insurance fraud they have going on here.

The final quote was sent via text and asking whether I agreed. When I called and vigorously complained he verbally ""pulled" the offer and hung up. IMHO this experience was an example of incompetence or a sham.

The owner and her husband did the cleaning themselves. We had a lovely chat with them while they were cleaning. They were very efficient and got the job done faster than I expected. They were great with our dog, who gets a little excited when new people are around.

At least call me and let me know! They said they would reschedule but after 4 days of no response I cancelled their service! I was very disappointed in them!

On 7/8 I scheduled a cleaning for 7/17. He didn't show and when my husband called he said we…read moreweren't on his schedule. He said he would come at 11am after complaining how busy he is, can't handle the calls and texts and just cleans floors, doesn't want to handle the business. He then called back interrogating my husband and doubting what he said. I (the wife) was away but was the one who made the appointment. Steve didn't recall any of it after my husband told him specific info about the conversation. When my husband couldn't remember my phone number (because it's programmed in his phone) Steve said f**k off man and hung up. Steve, look at your text messages from July 8th. That's when you confirmed our appointment and received our address. This all could have been resolved but you lost it. Then you told my daughter you would call the police if we called you. I have never dealt with any adult who acted this way. You should be ashamed of yourself and you owe my husband an apology. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this business. Go anywhere else! Colleen
