When I went to other dental offices to finish the work, I was told the metal implant post had been installed incorrectly and needed to be removed entirely. I am now dealing with swelling, discharge from my gum, and possible infection. I contacted this office for help, but they refused to take responsibility or provide any assistance regarding Dr.Grossi s work. I was left to handle the consequences on my own.
