Hello, I have CONSTANTLY tried to call and had just One answer! The Guy that I was talking to just answered with "Sorry for any inconvenience, but you must have an appointment to have us come out thank you have a good day" THAN HUNG UP! I am highly confused and would like to speak with who is in charge! For One, I didn't get to say a word but "Hello" to confirm I am on the line. I couldn't have been happier with Tom. This is a family run business that is done right! Tom's mom answered the phone right away and got me scheduled for an inspection. Tom was punctual, in fact I think he might've been a couple of minutes early. My handyman found pests and said that I needed to call Frank's before he completed a project. Tom thoroughly inspected the property and explained that whatever bug my handyman had seen is not a destructive bug and I have nothing to worry about. I also asked him about carpenter bees because my neighbor had a problem with them. He looked around and said he sees no evidence and told me that the kind of wood I have and the fact that it is painted makes it an unlikely target and that the bees really like the kind of wood my neighbors have. When I asked him how much I owed him I was stunned! He said inspections are free we only charge if a treatment is needed. I there's a lot of dishonest contractors in the world these days it's nice to know that I can trust Tom and Frank's pest control! read more
