I will admit that I know very little when it comes to taxes which is why I am grateful that Ms. Robinson answered all of my questions and even addressed my concerns for streamlining procedures for the following tax year. And now that the new tax year is upon us, I am more moved to write this review. A few weeks ago I received a very thorough and detailed Tax Organizer from LR Robinson, LLC to assist me in organizing documents and filing my tax returns. Ms. Robinson has made this once cumbersome task very easy for me!! And while I'm on easy . . . Ms. Robinson offers a secure online portal where we can exchange tax information which suits my busy schedule. I never review products or services, but I was so impressed with the level of professionalism (and peace of mind) that I wanted to share!!

I hired them for a car break in investigation. Complete waste of my money! They required you to pay…read moreminimum of $400. They didn't communicate with me. Didn't respond to texts or answer any phone calls. Nothing was done to help me. I still haven't heard anything from them but they sent an invoice of an additional $700 even though I I haven't even spoken with anyone! IMO they are scammers! They took my money and did nothing! I can even include screenshots of all the times I've reached out with no responses if they claim it not to be true! They are continuing to lie in the response. If what I asked for was above what was charged then it should have been communicated and it wasn't! I've called several times with no response and I've texted several times with no response! Any information they got I got myself n submitted to them. They threatened to sue but I have a Masters in Criminal Justice and am fully aware of the services I should've been offered and the communication that should've been given and you all met none of the requirements!
