James Franzetti's services were a much needed beneficence to me and my family in a time when incompetence was all too common and need was dire. In the sale of our house and purchase of a new property, he was the only person that could be trusted to handle litigation, counsel, and finance disbursement regarding our real estate process. He showed us propeties when we were searching for a new residence when the real estate agent all but abandoned us; he wasn't paid to do that and we didn't ask him to, but he did it nonetheless. He took responsibility for our welfare with a sense of duty and autonomy that was more than could be expected or asked. I have had the good fortune to work with Attorney Franzetti now on four real estate transactions....some that went through and some that did not (because i changed my mind about the purchase.) He was brought into the first case mid-transaction after the other attorney was lost as to what to do and how to handle both the client (me) and the case.
