I told them I wanted to go to trail and I swear to god the lawyer never used any of my evidence I gave him and actually came up with a defense on the fly as we were sitting there in trial!!! There was no preparation before going in to court it was all on the fly!!! Before court he was telling me that "no way" their evidence was not going to be admitted into court and (you guessed right) every bit of their evidence was allowed in court in-which we had no defense since he never brought my evidence into court that day! When I was on the stand he never asked me to tell the judge what needed to be said, he just excused me and allowed the judge to making a ruling on partial evidence and testimonial from me.
