Our homeowner's policy jumped over $600 so we were looking to conduct a review of what transpired. We had zero claims in the prior year so we were perplexed by the increase. The agency voicemail indicates they will return your call by the end of the business day. Again, 3 voicemail messages with zero call backs. We contact corporate and filed a complaint. We reached out to another agent for help and were are moving our policy to a different agent. We are even considering changing from Allstate after more than 25 years. At any rate, our calls for help from Kenneth were met with a lack of follow up. Done doing business with his agency.

I visited the office on a Monday. I knocked tried opening the door and it was locked. I called the office and it would just ring. Stayed until 10:15, still no answer from the office or phone. Finally I leave and get a call back at 11:15 saying they were there but they couldn't help me because they were "too busy " and "catching up on work". Unfortunately I had submit a claim and needed to talk to them in person so I went to the office once again and the guy at the front seem so lazy and every time I've stopped by he's always on his phone watching Netflix. He gave me somewhat helpful information and then suggested I could do most of the claim, which is the insurance job but either way I gave them all the info and copies of paper work. The next day I called the Insurance company, not this office and they said they got the claim but they still needed more information because the office didn't give them much, which is funny because all the information that they needed was everything I gave to them to take care of the claim. I have done everything for my claim without the help of this office and I am not happy with the agent or assistance given here. I personally don't recommend this place. I
