She is also very responsive to specific questions we have had about tax implications of certain investments, family loans, etc. We have not really compared prices as it is difficult to do so without going in for a meeting, given the forms which are needed. She has also worked with our financial advisor to help with proactive tax mitigation strategies although in retrospect it would have been welcome had she offered this service in past years without it being requested.

We meet with him on June 5 and gave him prior year tax documents. Weeks passed. My wife has called him multiple times to follow up, leaving voice mail each time. No reply. It's now late October and on Monday she went to the office to retrieve our files. He was at lunch and the receptionist said she'd have him call. It's Wednesday and we're still waiting. If you're a professional and want to pass on someone's business, do the professional thing and tell them.

Referring to a penalty that I had I never got any of my taxes whatsoever at all even though I could have simply filed a payment plan while filing my taxes I was not made aware of this so I missed out on everything! Those people obviously don't care about you or your tax money or the issues that you may be having in life they are simple-minded and non-professional I suggest if you're getting your taxes filed to go somewhere else especially like somewhere that cares about you and your issues that you have going on!
