One particular anecdote, when we were filing taxes last year (2024), I actually made a mistake in reporting how much estimated taxes I have paid over the year to IRS. Because of this, we miscalculated and were fined $1000 by IRS. The experience of using her for my CPA was completely different compared to the previous one I had. She was very detailed and meticulous in checking each detail of my situation, and also didn't pretend to know everything - if there was an issue that she wasn't clear about, she didn't hesitate to look up the necessary IRS documentation to make sure that we weren't making any mistakes. Even after our meetings in-person going over documents, she would also follow-up and double-check to make sure that I hadn't inadvertently overlooked something (and she did find a bunch of details that I had filled in incorrectly as well through this process!)
