My last cut was intentionally bad despite never leaving less than a $10 tip. I simply asked for an adjustment but instead received complete disregard to the issue. The barber was alone that day and took advantage of the absence. This barber knows this and it's shame he had such disregard for a loyal customer. i have no idea why. The owner will read this. Possibly the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. I asked for a 3 inch layered trim all around. Instead, the back was trimmed to almost 5 inches and the front was left untouched save for all the volume being taken out. The job was rushed and a half-hearted attempt to give good service. If you have long hair, do not go here. You may find better luck at Great Clips. Fredo does not know how to trim long hair. read more

I had a hair cut and beard trim from the owner about a month ago. It was the 1st time I've been to a barber in over 10 years. He did a great job. I made an appointment for Friday, March 24th 2023 at 2:25pm. Fredo wasn't available so I chose Robson for the appointment. The day before it was bumped to 2:30pm, not a big deal. I got there 10 minutes early, just like instructed. 2:30pm comes along and he's still cutting someone's hair. 2:35pm two walk-ins arrive and are seated immediately, Robson still chatting it up and cutting the same guy's hair. At 2:40pm, I'm still waiting and another walk-in comes in and gets immediately seated. I'm now waiting more than 20 minutes and I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I got pissed and left. My time is valuable and I don't like being ignored. Although I liked the the place initially, it isn't worth the wait or high blood pressure waiting while others just walk in and are being taken care of 1st and the one with an appointment is ignored. It's unfortunate, I liked the place the 1st time. Now to find a new barber again. read more

From start to finish Alfredo the owner made me feel at home in his barbershop. He kept the conversations going if you're into chit chatting. The haircut lasted about 45 minutes and he wanted to wow me because it was my first time setting foot in his barbershop. I'll tell you what if my usual guy hadn't been out for two weeks which is why I had to go to Fredo's, I would honestly go back time and time again. And it was such a good experience I'm thinking about making him my go to barbershop in town. I believe I had Bobby give me a cut and he got me nice and right, showed him a picture of what I want and he had my cut looking saucy!!! The barbers are in here are cool and it's clean I got my dad a haircut for his birthday and we loved the cut. First guy in the chair on your right and Bobby is in the back to the right. Rave review alert... Background story: my 2-year-old is suddenly deathly afraid of haircuts. Flash forward 6 months later and we've got an overgrown cut & no shop can handle him... Then we walked-in to Fredo's today. Not only did they accommodate both my hubby & son, but they did a bomb job. My kid acted like it was an exorcism but all the guys held their ground & were reassuring that they had this. Great and clean shop. The only thing that kinda turned me off was there is different pricing for walk ins than appointments. If you make an appointment you can expect to pay 5 dollars more than just walking in. They are convienent and friendly but I have never encountered a place that charges more for returning customers making an appointment. Update Reduced 2 stars as when making an appointment your appointment apparently means you will still wait. They say the extra 5 dollars is to give you "priority" but if someone is there, you still wait. Won't be returning. read more

Fredo's shop was a great experience. My husbands hair can be difficult and this was his first time getting a professional cut in a looong time. Bobby hooked him up with a nice fade comb over, beard trim, and eyebrows all of which came out spot on. Shop was clean, good environment, friendly staff. read more

New to the area and was looking for a barber for my son. Found Fredo's on line and decided to give it a try. Called the morning of and spoke to Joel who said it was okay to just walk in. When we arrived after school they said that they were booked for the evening and that they were running behind. When I said they I wished they would have suggested an appointment when we spoke earlier, he remembered my name and said he would stay late if we didn't mind waiting. We waited for over an hour (after closing) and didn't mind. The atmosphere was nice and the music was fun! And to top it off, my son got the absolute BEST cut he's ever had! The line and details were amazing. But better than that, Joel actually had a conversation with my son the whole time he was in the chair even though he's only 10. My son was so happy to be treated like he mattered. I highly recommend this shop and suggest you choose Joel as your barber!! read more

I've been to Fredo's a few times and I've always had a fairly decent experience but I made an appointment online for Sunday at 12:10 PM. I got there at 12:12 PM due to traffic and nobody was there. Not really a critical issue but if the appointment system doesn't work properly or they're no longer working on Sundays they really ought to take a look at that and get it fixed.It was a 25 minute drive to get there and I had to find a another place to go get a haircut on the fly read more

I have tried a lot of Barber shops in the PSL area and until I stepped into Fredos thought I had found the one best in town . As a loyalist it takes a lot to abandon ship and sign on to another place but there you have it - luckily I found Fredos just wish I would have started there all along .
