Full parking lot, I had to park in the street. A moderately busy Friday night made it a nightmare to get my food on time for a take out... showed up at the time they said it would be ready, finally left 30 minutes later after sitting in the cramped takeout waiting room. I used to come here faithfully once a week. The food was fantastic, but the customer service was HORRIBLE. Because of feeling like the servers didnt want me there I quit going. As much as I like the food I can eat other good places and be treated better. I didnt go back for 3 years. I miss the food so I went back and had a good experience. The "dinner salad" that came with the meal for 3 left a lot to be desired. It basically was a package of premade iceberg lettuce that they put in a bowl and added two beets. There were no fresh added veggies or croutons, just bland overall. The garlic bread was decent. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza which was okay, not sure if you can ruin one. 3 stars?! Are you freakin kidding me. This place deserves no stars. If I could give it a zero I would. I have eaten cheese and Campbell's tomato soup off a piece of cardboard that tasted better than this pizza. The salad was literally swimming in dressing. I thought I was eating marinated lettuce. Also 20 bucks for a "large" pizza that is the size of a dominos medium is crazy. I visited Fredrico's hearing that it was a Logan institution but it seems to only be an institution for those with no taste buds. The service was terrible. All of the tables were dirty and at least 8 were unbussed. The workers were hiding behind a counter to get a break, from what I might ask? My grandma grew up in Logan so she was familiar with Fredrico's. My family and I came with her so she could show us around. That night we all wanted pizza, which led us to this place. We ordered 4 pizzas; a Hawaiian, a veggie, a works, and a peperoni. We all enjoyed the pizzas, there was none left. They are very generous with there toppings and there service was awesome. I will come again next time I am in Logan! read more

Has some great lunch and dinner specials. The garlic bread was very good but have to say could have been cooked a little longer. The salads are lettuce only, they will throw in some beets if you want them. The pizza was good but the crust was a little soggy on the bottom. This place has a lot of potential from looking outside in but once you step inside its just rundown. No music played, there were a lot of dirty tables that needed to be cleaned (that stayed dirty the whole time we were there), the service I give a 2. 1. for taking our order and 2. for bringing it to us. I was extremely disappointed when my wife and I decided to eat here. I am not sure if it was the timing but the first thing I noticed when I stepped in was no music, which is very odd and not really setting up the mood correctly. I paid $24 dollars for a dinner for 2 meal, which came with 2 over buttered soggy garlic bread, 2 really old salads with overloaded ranch dressing and over pickled beats, and was supposed to come with 1 medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. When the pizza came they realized they had made a mistake and made us a small pizza instead of a medium, the one good thing they did was make us two small pizzas. Now, the pizza was horrid. The crust was like it was dipped in grease from no tomorrow, the cheese was awful, the pepperoni was average and their "spicy" sausage was no where near spicy. Looked like it was frozen, reheated and just dabbed on the pizza after the pizza cooked. Before I left my wife pointed out the garlic bread machine to me and I was shocked. It looked like it had not been cleaned for 6 months, and that is honestly the worst feeling that I ate bread that was most likely contaminated from bread from six months ago. It was black, and not a good color of black if you follow what I am saying. Overall, do not eat here. I think if you are a college student and looking for something out of the ordinary then this place is fine. However, if you enjoy the taste of your food I would HIGHLY recommend trying someplace else. read more

I have eaten here for 40 years. What's happening? Food not as good. Dinning room is filthy. For ever to get you food and staff standing around. I called in an order for 4 small pizzas. I was told 15 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes and waited 25 more minutes for my order. Got out to my car and it was wrong. Went back in had to stand in line to get my order fixed. If I could give it zero stars, I would. The pizza is mediocre at best. We rented the building behind the restaurant for my mother's 70th birthday celebration. There is apparently an apartment under the rental room and the unmarked emergency exit doubles as the apartment entrance. Some of our younger kids were playing around the exit and stairs to the apartment. An extremely emotional train wreck of a lady that identified herself as a shift manager came up complaining about our kids saying her daughter is now terrified to stay in her room. We apologized but she proceeded to get the manager who acted like we should have known that there was an apartment downstairs even though there is no way to know. Needless to say, our celebration was ruined by these managers. I will NEVER give Fredericos another dime of my money. If you want mediocre pizza, go to little ceasers. They make a decent pizza. Not sure if they are going for New York Style. If they are, then the cheese and sauce are spot on. Dough needs quite a bit of work though. This place was a joke! The chipped paint on the door should of been the first sign to run. After waiting in line and not being greeted to find out, the sit down line is around the corner. We ordered, the were no forks, the salad was a bag of packaged lettuce drenched with a salad dressing, and no other veggies. After waiting 15 min to get a cup, we find out they have no ice. We get our garlic bread with gobs of butter not even toasted so, when you eat it, the bread flops in your hand. Then here comes the pizza 50 min later, not even cut into slices. Trying to cut with a plastic knife, was no fun. We sat outside to a chained down table and chairs you had to step over every time you got up. Horrible service, horrible food and a horrible experience! However, I obviously wasn't as bad off as the woman in front of me, who'd mentioned shed been waiting over 1 hr. First let me state that the entirety of the staff seems undertrained and unprofessional. Staff run around giggling and sit on their phones in the kitchen. The food is good, but expensive for what it is. The napkin bins are overstuffed and tear every time you attempt to take one. The place is a mess and there are flies all over. Raw tomato past and barely cooked crust does not a good pizza make, I can make a better pizza at home, for a fraction of the price. Can't fathom the poor reviews for the best pizza in the state of Utah. My advice though is don't take advice on pizza from a person who orders a vegetable calzone! ???? Or from some who is scared of plenty of salad dressing on their salad! The sauce is spicy with just the right amount of kick and the shredded ham that comes on your pizza or ham and cheese salad is enough to bring on a state of euphoria! The garlic bread is the best I've ever tasted anywhere in the United States (and Europe.) A popular destination for the college crowd. Street parking only and the prices are inflated based on their college location. It's a small tight place with traditional food. Pizza is poor to average at best. The salad is classified as poor to very poor. I've read many of the other reviews and I have to agree with the lower ratings. Not the best quality, but if you are a speedy student you'll likely enjoy it. Not for the older crowd noise level is far to loud. read more

Fortunately the 2 star review has nothing to do with the food. The service however could use some work. Called in a simple take out order, was told to pick up in 15 minutes. When we arrived not one employee spoke to us for a good 5-10 minutes.. too busy on their phones or talking to co-workers. When they did finally acknowledge us, they told us that they hadn't been taking over-the-phone orders and that we must be mistaken. After reordering, we were handed a cold pizza and the rest of our food. I understand everyone has their off nights but we couldn't help but be less than impressed.
