I tried Fred's Burger for the first-time last week. Overall, I thought it was OK. My order was simple - a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo with a Pepsi. The French fries were delicious, crispy and flavorful - large portion. The Sandwich was just average. Nice amount of chicken but the sandwich lacked flavor, boring. I think they need to work on the condiments mix. It was disappointing. Prices were reasonable and the food was very well packaged for takeout.

The cheeseburgers here are very tasty! Very fresh and not salty. The fries are your standard fries that are perfectly salted!! Service here was great even though they were busy during the lunch rush! No complaints! The ambiance here is very casual! The dinning area is very clean! The only negative was that it was really cold in here. I was freezing!!!!! Highly recommend this place!

Stopped for a quick bite and we were pleasantly surprised how good the burgers are! He got a double burger, protein style and I got the double burger with extra onions. Thick, juicy and very delicious! The restaurant is bright and clean. The cashier was very friendly, too. The menu was limited, but in a good way. Plenty of variety but not so many options from which to choose that you can't decide. We will be back.

First time trying the new Fred's Burgers in Rocklin. Got the Cheeseburger combo. Delicious the bun is super fresh and all the ingredients are on point. Good crispy fries. Overall a good burger combo.

I have been eating burgers my whole life and I've had them all with a variety of flavors back to a classic cheese burger. I must say Fred's burger is a fresh cooked well seasoned patty with fresh produce on top of a brioche bun. My Fries were fresh and seasoned aswell. Plus I had a Oreo shake with cherry on top. Their was plenty of seating and everything was very clean and new. The cashier brought my food to my table and made sure we had everything we needed.I Definitely will be back to Fred's Burger Rocklin.

I love they are supporting our community children.

We lived here for 44 years and haven't been here to this spot in over 30 years when it was Burger King. Fred's Burgers A must try! The fries we tried a couple of days ago in the drive through. They were so amazing and hot! We saw that the burgers were on a flame grill, so we decided for a dinner here. Two regular fries and regular cheeseburgers. We opted to upgrade for milkshakes. 1- Vanilla, 1-chocolate. ( they did not disappoint). That was a charge of $4.50 each. Not sure the cost of sodas? Very tasty burger, however, I feel the buns were not fresh, they were cold actually. That was a huge bummer! Maybe it's just a one time oversight? Our total bill was $39.02 My recommendation would be to ask them to grill the bun. I did tell them, if they were more helpful informing patrons about the business and menu, they'd probably increase business. I would return, they are new and they've worked hard to open a business in 2024. Let's give them a try. On Rocklin Road. I give 4stars because no burger should be stuck to a cold stiff bun. Otherwise it would be 5stars. Next time I will communicate my expectation a little stronger. Yet, we never special order.‍‍

Food: very good and fresh tasting, reminded us of In N Out, but bigger Patties and super fresh bun. Our group tried double burgers, regular burgers, fries and milkshakes. Fries were thin and great texture. Half our crew liked the house sauce and the rest didn't care for it. Service: nothing special, would have been great to have been greeted when walked in by the gentleman standing at the register bc he wasn't doing anything Ambiance: they've done a great job with the interior! It's roomy, inviting and pleasant to see the colors and textures used to bring life back to the building. Suggestions for the restaurant: We've lived around Rocklin forever, back to this location's Burger King days, so we've seen many places come and go. Upon first walking in, the odor of a stale mop bucket is quite pungent, which made me question the cleanliness overall but we'd been wanting to try it and once the grill was fired up with burgers THAT smell was amazing. I'd highly advise GREETING your customers with a super friendly welcome or at least a smile. That would go a long way, especially given that this is such a new establishment. Only one other couple was inside when our family came and we were all but ignored. Between the initial smell and no greeting we considered leaving, but had been wanting to try this place. From the menu, the only way to order chicken tenders is via a kid's meal and it appears you only get one for $7? Can you offer an adult tenders basket? I'm glad we tried it, but not excited to go back anytime soon bc of both the customer service and price for a fairly glorified fast food restaurant. Still some room for improvement. Nothing lasts long in this building so I do hope the best for them.

Front sign said please wait to be seated but the lone server working that day said I could sit anywhere I like. I found out later that Chloe was her name. I've only been here once over 10 years ago so I had to look over the menu to see if there was anything new... I didn't know what I was craving but the BLT sounded good. The BLT on toasted white bread had a generous amount of bacon in it. Sooo good! It came with fries but you can have your choice from Regular Fries, Beer Battered Fries, Onion Rings, Sweet Potato Fries, Coleslaw (Select Locations), or Green or Caesar Salad! I opted for the Beer Battered Fries. Crispy and fresh from the fryer. I asked Chloe if I could use my Birthday Reward towards my meal and she said yes and we would do this transaction towards the end of my meal. Then she surprised me with a scoop of ice cream w/ whip and cherry on top. LoL! She didn't have to do this but it was a nice gesture and I appreciated. At the end I completely forgot to use my Birthday Reward deal. I'd love to return for a nice, juicy burger. Eyeing that BMS Moo burger. Excellent service. We ordered 1 Double Bacon Burger ($11.79) + Onion Ring Combo ($5.69), 1 Cheeeesy Burger ($10.29), and 1 Regular Bacon Cheese Fries ($5.39). Total came out to $35.73 before tip. I do feel like the burgers are a bit small for the price but they tasted amazing and were also made fresh in front of us so I believe it's worth the price. Super flavorful and everything just melts in your mouth. The onion rings were delicious, definitely the best I've ever had. I enjoyed the fries as well but I did expect more bacon and cheese on the fries. However, Cheeeesy Burger was quite salty so I was fine with the amount of cheese and bacon presented on the fries. We did not wait long for our food either. We ordered around 5:20PM and everything was done by 5:34PM.
