They came in, honed/ polished to a high matte finish, sealed cracks and sealed the surface. Limestone is porus and subject to etching from acid foods (lemons!) so a high polish would not last long term. The counters look like new with a very, very even finish. They took care to drape off all my appliances and cabinets, polished for about 5 hours, then cleaned up well. Polishing is wet, messy process but they know what they are doing and didn't leave a mess at all. Super happy with the response and service.

Everything was great. Well, he totally flaked and was a no show. I did call to try to confirm the appointment and it was sent directly to voicemail--just so not cool. My advice to the Grout Geek: if you don't want to take on a job for whatever reason, have the common decency to let the customer know so they don't sit around waiting for your arrival.

Here is the reasons:…read more 1) I had to scub inside the toilet bowl for quite a while to get rid of the staining caused by the waste-water the workers dumped into it. 2) I am Still trying to remove the overspray stains caused by the workers when working on the floor of the kitchen. They managed to get the stainless steel door on my SubZero refrigerator and the stains won't come out! 3) It took most of the weekend, but the overspray on the walls, bathtub, etc took a lot of scrubbing but I finally got the stains out. If I had it to do all over, I would have chosen a different company. P.S. I was quoted $2,000 but the quote did not include the laundry room floor and some minor recaulking. That increased the price by $175.

Lookng through the charges there was a lot of fraudulent services added to the cost that I then had to pay out of pocket. This never happened and though told multiple times they allowed late fees adding hundreds more for me to pay out of pocket. This place does dirty business and charges more for the equipment use, then the equipment is worth to buy outright. Do not recommend and am opening a BBB report.
