I don't mind walking past this place for 5 more minutes until I get to Cignall because the customer service here is a joke.
Customer Service:
Why does Free Choice hire people who don't understand anything about selling tobacco? They don't know anything about their products and to add on, don't speak English very well either.
"50 grams Champion Ruby please"
The lady had no idea what I was talking about, so I said slower and louder "Champion Ruby", thinking that maybe she just didn't hear me. In actuality, she didn't even know what Champion Ruby was. Why do you get a job selling tobacco, when you don't even know the product?
Then proceeded the struggle to tell her I wanted 50 g, not 30. She got the bag of 30 anyway and I told her "the bigger one" because she didn't understand the measurement denominations either.
Smoking's a pretty shit habit so I don't blame someone if they don't know anything about the tobacco. I just think it's a bit silly if someone is going to get a job selling a product they don't know much about.
I should mention that this lack of proper customer service is consistent. read more
