This is a horribly unethical company. Just received a bill stating we owe for a service from Feb. 2024. We didn't authorize, didn't want and at an address in which we no longer reside. Phone calls are not returned. Bill states they're going to take legal action if not paid. read more

Great lip service. Here it June and and my yard is yellow and still have weed issues. Called to complain and they promise to take care of it, but it never happens. They told me to water my lawn more. We're almost 2 inches over on rainfall for the year. What a joke this company sucks. read more

Unfortunately our experience with Free Spray was not good. They send out techs that either cannot see or do not care. They constantly miss patches of clover, actively growing weeds like wild violet. I am not sure they ever treat our easement. They are very good at offering free treatments with a promise of we will be back in a few weeks to do a recheck. But they never show up. I am off to see who my neighbor uses, there lawn looks good considering this dry summer we have had. read more

I would give no stars if I could. Just like the other reviewers said...stay away! Terrible customer service. Numerous unreturned phone calls. I was told someone would be out the week I signed up. No one came for three weeks. No call or notice. Second time, sprayed again without notice. Technicians do not let you know when they arrive. I lost $100 in organic plants I had outside for concern of contamination. When I addressed it to the owner, he could have cared less. Don't waste your money with them. There was no improvement with our lawn or weeds. 100% DISSATISFIED! read more

They never show up! We had to call every month to ask if they ware coming and then we still had weeds. Highly suggest you go elsewhere with business & not them! read more

I received unsolicited sales calls from Free Spray Lawn Care in Spring 2019. I said no for two calls, then the price was dropped enough for me to sign up. After the first treatment I noticed that a large portion of my yard was untreated, so I called them. They told me that the salesperson has sold me a deal the company could not support, so they only did enough of my yard so they would not lose money! I thought we had a contract. This company is highly unprofessional and I would avoid them at all costs. read more

They sprayed my lawn without a contract and two-years after we had any lawn treatment. This is the second time we had this happen. Highly unethical practice & dangerous considering that we have a pet & didn't want our lawn treated because of our pet. Stay away from this company. read more
