This training course is coined/shaped by the kind of the Aikido and Aikiken by Ulrike Serak, 5th Dan Aikikai and Max Erikson Ohlwein, 4th Dan Aikikai as well as the character of the place and the landscape.
San Quirico is for instance on half way from Florenz to Siena, laterally to the old highway, in the heart Chianti of the Classico. The place consists of 5 predominantly uninhabited houses and a church. In former times and worked here the farmers and agricultural worker of the surrounding wine-growing estates lived. Those Landscape is from wine fields to be coined/shaped and nearly too beautifully over true Olivenhainen and wooded hills.
The house No. 5 possesses a singular intensive atmosphere, which not least artistic work of the sculptor Günter Ohlwein year old by the 30 was created http://www.qype.com/place/266372-Bildhauer-Guenter-Ohlwein-Berlin with its wild park landscape
The Aikido and sword training take place in the open air and begin very early, before the sun stands too highly. The accommodations are simply however singular. One cooks and one eats together under blue sky. Before the lunch approx. in each case 1 hour finds Garden work instead of (traditional Japanese Samu). Thereby everyone gets a deeper feeling for the place.
Routine of the day:
06.30-07.45 o'clock ZaZen and sword, breakfast,
09.00-11.00 o'clock AIKIDO,
11,30 o'clock Samu (garden and kitchen work),

17.00-18.00 o'clock sword,

Common cooking under guidance Chef the Hauses, Günter Ohlwein represents the culinary highlight of the Year for me, because it with extremely good added cooked and the toscanische kitchen is very varied and nice and the wine is so good.
