Went to this store yesterday. Found out that they are now affiliated with Russell Cellular. Steer clear of this place! I went in yesterday because I wanted to make a change to my account. The extremely rude associate (Ricardo) told me I had activity on my account, and I couldn't make any changes. I asked what activity, and my sister, who was with me said we didn't understand what activity on my account. I asked that he explain that to me. His response to her? This isn't even your account, and I can't even talk to you about it. I stated. This is my account, and you can explain it to me. We were told we had an attitude, and he wouldn't help us. I called their corporate office and filed a complaint. Went to Best Buy mobile. Went out of their way to help me, and had no issue completing my request.
