The pumps are in good working order, prices are similar to the others, and there's not trash everywhere. This location is fairly busy, so there has to be a fair amount of effort by the staff to keep everything up and running. They take care of the place well. The car wash is expensive, but works really, really well. I have a long commute and my car gets loaded with salt after 10 hours of driving per week. One cycle at the Bellstores car wash takes care of all of the salt. This is in a good location, too. There are pumps for this station across the street in Buehler's, if you're willing to pay via credit card. It's a nice way to avoid the crowds or simply get gas if you've just stocked up on groceries.

They have been going to the Circle K gas station in Wooster Ohio for 15 years. They have always received exceptional service from the employees and managers there until this morning ! Apparently there is a new manager there that refused to serve my brother and his girlfriend simply because he couldn't understand him. Employees in the store told the "new manager" that they have been long time customers of the store and offered to help them. The manager yelled at his employees to let them be and refused for them to serve my brother and his girlfriend, and even threatened to call the police if they didn't leave the store!!! Needless to say, they left. My brother called me completely distraught and in complete disbelief! I called the local police and since nothing criminal happened, they can't do anything BUT he gave me great advice, Take it to social media. So this is what Im doing. I will be in contact with Corporate and with the ADA !! No one needs to be mistreated, especially my brother ans his partner.

They seem quite overwhelmed and understaffed most of the time. Could be a an effect of the times. But I can't complain about the service too much - they're truly doing their best and hanging in there. If you're in for a prescription refill, you can grab some basic snack foods, candy, or grocery items. Drinks and freezer food too. I can't recommend them as a place for general grocery shopping though. They're overpriced for that and selection isn't huge. Of course, they have your usual hygiene and what I call "bathroom" products. Soap, shampoo, lotion, make-up, medicine, first aid. Photo printing. CVS is truly the do-all store these days.

They're very clean inside, with lots of selection for both drinks and snacks. Alcohol is available here for that quick beer fix too. They sell some locally baked cookies/cakes too. The gas stands are clean and usually in working order. They just recently expanded into the lot next door by adding a two-bay carwash. Great addition, and it adds much needed additional parking spaces, as it's usually cramped getting in and out of here. The staff has been a mixed bag, some of them being a bit unfriendly in the past. There's a Subway attached next door, but you have to go outside to get to it. Would be great if they knock that wall out long-term for easy access.
