A very, very toxic environment they do not believe in customer service not only do they discriminate against disabled and senior citizens. They make egregious complaints and no repairs are done when requested upon a scheduled inspection of my apartment. I was told that my surroundings are cluttered. Let me start off with their services, the people from running it to working there don't know what they're job description means, or how to accomplish it. Also they don't care about the tenants, they're just there for no reason oh well answering the phone 4 people to answer a phone call. They refuse to take nessary actions to keep the septic system up to code. They don't allow people to use the house that they are renting the way it should be (4 bedrooms equals 8 people) their dictating who can live were and how many people. read more

Went to freedom house to help my brother on a rental they gave him keys to go and look at a place that was for rent which is not even worth the price by the way. They did not give him a specific time to return the keys. They then called us and demanded to bring the keys back right now as I was on a work delivery or they were going to call the police which is ridiculous. There was no harm done at all. Felt very disrespected by this place and the heavy set lady that made the threat. They treat people horrible. I will never recommend this place for rentals or anything else. They shouldn't give out keys if they are that worried about the return. Very bad place and rude employees. read more

Update-9/16 After reaching out to Freedom House, about my credit report, they set a meeting with Piñata/Second Nature. After a few weeks, they were able to "opt-me out" for the credit reporting feature of this third party service. Today, my credit score has increased, after the tradeline was removed. Anne was very responsive and immediately jumped on my concern, she explained that the intended goal was to raise one's credit score but when the outcome differed, she investigated immediately. I believe I overreacted with my previous review as Freedom House has an open door policy if problems should arise from the third party companies and every intention of rectifying such problems read more

My husband and I just leased a beautiful property in Pahrump. Anne made the process as painless as possible. From getting our pets approved, speaking with the owner for some special circumstances, to personally helping us navigate all the utility companies.
