Wow, talk about "bait and switch". I was shopping for a fun mini bike (Grom or Z125pro) and found this dealer advertising a 2018 for $866 vs $2k average. Called them up to see what the deal was and after wasting my day w/ run arounds etc. they finally arrived at a price of (get this!) $3999. How did they get from $866 to $3999 you might ask? Not sure b/c the salesperson Daniel and Thomas wouldn't even give me in writing a break down of this price increase. If I was the owner of this joint, I might wanna review what my salespersons are up. Who gets away with such an outrageous behavior? And you know what I told them they can do w/ that price increase. THE Worst Experience. . Day 1 Before going here I Knew I needed a carb rebuild or new jets for my dirtbike. But it was a bike I just acquired and wanted to build a relationship with this dealer 5 mins from my house so I dropped the whole bike off for a Diagnostic. Two weeks with no communication. They called me and said my Forks are leaking oil My oils and filters need changing And finally my carb needed to be rebuilt . Total cost over a 1,000 bucks. (Because I'm an aircraft Mechanic I told them JUST rebuild my carb and give me the bike back) a 4 hour job at most. 2 WEEKS later NO communication with me Upset I'm not getting an update I go up to the shop and they casually told me they didn't have the part and had to order it . And it will take another 2 days . I was pissed off because I felt like they could of told me this over the phone as soon as they realized they didn't have the part. 2 weeks later and after waiting for their tech to finish BMW School. *****Week 6 - I was charged $450 dollars and was given my bike back with a full carb rebuild.... so I thought. Took bike home did the air filter and oils myself then off to my race, to find out my carb was not adjusted , not the idle or the fuel screw. Bike will not idle and I couldn't race. After bringing bike back to Freedom Power-sports they told me they would look at it. 1 weeks later they said it has low compression and they think they know why and can try two different things to fix it . (I have never seen a technician troubleshoot like this) Then when given the breakdown I noticed they were charging me for parts and work that was NOT done the first time I dropped the bike off! And told me thT the 1.5 hour job will take 3 days..... I still don't have my bike and I am outraged !!!!! I may go to the Better Busniess Company to file a complaint. They had to use two different finance companies and never made this fact clear. Brett told my 19 year old to just keep signing and never took the time to try to explain anything. The female manager we spoke with told us when they see a 19 year old come into the store, they see an adult not someone who may me naive and need direction. All they want is the money. Please help me understand how he paid $5,800 for a bike with a sticker price ok 3k? I guarantee he nor I will NEVER step foot into this establishment again. August 4th 2018, I sold my 2015 HD Road King to Freedom, they were to payoff my HD loan. The payoff that day (which had a 14 grace period) was $12557.31. For over the next month issues followed: I started receiving calls saying my payment was late and I now owed a late fee. I have never been late on my payment and I was afraid it was approaching the date for reporting to the credit bureau. I reached out to Freedom (saved all the messages incase I need to take the issue to court). They claimed they sent the payment in on August 7th and HD claim they didn't even speak with the until August 8th. On August 22, I was told a manager dropped the $12557.31 check in the regular mail instead of overnighting it with a tracking number, like most dealerships do. So it accumulated a late fee and interest fee. On August 22, they canceled that check and overnighted another check to HD for $12557.31. So finally, as of August 25 $12557.31 was credited to my account. Now the paperwork that Freedom gave me copies of in regards to my sell is also suspicious, I was in a rush so it's my fault I didn't look over it better, but it's not even my signature at the bottom. I don't know who signed it. Anyways, I am not sure how that will bite me in my ass yet. I am posting this today because the bike still has a balance, Freedom does not have a title, HD has already informed me they have no intention on releasing the title until the balance is paid in full, it is still accumulating interest, and it is on the lot to be sold. I attached a picture of the day I dropped it off (08/04/18) & one my friend just sent me picture today (11/17/18). Shadey much? It would different to continue to keep it in back until the title issues are resolved. This has to be the worst place to buy anything, much less a 15k dollar machine. I tried for close to a month to purchase a 2023 Segway 64". Started with Alexandra Butler. I was lied to, ignored, and lied to again, and ignored again. I live hours away from dealer and they could have cared less. I tried the Ridenow message/chat. Well that took a week to get a response from the internet manager And multiple times I had to reach out to that same chat/message for help. Frankie replies and guess what what it's to late they are gonna hold it for someone. My guess is they use customers to their benefit and bid them against each other. I made cash offers, I asked for their cash price. Not once did I get a response either way until a month later, and it's to late. My review will not stop here, trust. Being in the radio business will go along way here. The only reason I chose this particular dealer is because it was the closest and still hours away. A month at least I tried to spend my money here. I guess the new owners don't need to sell stuff or have so much money they don't care. You will be seeing more from me as far as reviews all over the place. Good sales experience! Hard to believe some of these past reviews, I didn't meet one person in this location that behaved the way some of these people claim (will admit, I have not had any service experiences yet, so have not yet dealt with that department). But everyone was so kind to me! The sales agent that came to greet me on an extremely busy day, Morgan, was such a great human! I can highly recommend working with Morgan and VeeJay! Kind, understanding, sympathetic of my situation with a different broken down unit I was trying to replace and she helped get several others involved to help make calls and search for a unit that would fit my very specific needs! I think at one point, we had at least 3 people making active calls to to other dealers to help bring something in. During Covid, stock has been insanely low and difficult to get a hold of, but they made it happen! Other dealers did not, I went to two others prior to Freedom that same week! Within one day, I had my new Kawasaki side by side delivered. Financing was easy and painless. Wait was long to do the paperwork, but to be expected with as much business as they had that day. I purchased an extended 5 year warranty and a service plan, so we shall see how that goes. But overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Warning: Record your bike before dropping off I went to get an oil change done for my bike and after paying $109.00 for it I picked up my bike and drove off w/o a second thought as I began to get into an open road my speed increase and what do you know my side fairings came off. I reported to Freedom and they were very eager to listen but they claim they took pics of the bike in which you don't know if they took before or after they repaired the bike. Although I did not buy my bike at Freedom PowerSports, I frequent this establishment quite a bit. I do enjoy talking about bikes and bike tech with the employees. For the size of the shop they have a wide variety of both bikes and accessories. They even carry used bikes and have a large garage. The friendliness of the staff is consistent and fantastic. I've talked to the bike sales employees, the repair employees, and the employees that sell accessories and they are always friendly and helpful offering both helpful answered and suggestions. I could say that they are a bit aggressive in trying to get you to buy a new bike, but that is not the right word. I went in there today and the salesman was quite funny in suggesting I trade in my bike to get a new bike. I was not interested but we bantered back and forth exchange witty humor. The one negative that might not be all that negative is that they do send e-mails regarding events and specials and every now and then they make personal phone calls to share information with their customers. Lastly, I love that they offer a veteran discount that really saves money on gear. I'm hoping that they offer a discount on service because I having my bike serviced on Thursday. read more

Sales rep was pleasant and nice, etc. But quickly and mentioned "plus fees" without saying how much or what the fees were for. So, of course I asked about the fees. He said they were to "certify" the bike to be sure it was in perfect shape, etc. To make a long story shorter.....The advertised price at this establishment should pretty much be ignored. Regardless if they say on the bottom of the posting / listing that there are additional fees. They are supposed to list what the fees will be so you now what you are going to pay. Bought a brand new 2021 Kawasaki 4wheeler for my son last April 2021. Had it for 2 weeks when it broke down. It was in the shop for 5 months before we got it back. Had it back for 30 mins before it wouldn't reverse. Turns out they rebuilt the entire transmission when it was the clutch that needed replaced. So now it's been there since October 2021 so 6 months and still waiting on parts. They offered to by it back for $4200 and we paid $9200 including an extended warranty and maintenance package. It's been a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone going here! read more

RideNow Power Sports appears to be a disreputable organization at best. They are a predatory company and buyers should beware before purchasing any vehicles from them. The majority of reviews entail much of what we went through. We purchased a bike from them. Less then 24 hours later we returned the bike in exactly the same condition it was purchased. They instructed us to "call the financial company" ourselves to see if they would "allow" us to cancel the financing - which RoadRunner did. However, Road Runner said that RideNow was supposed to call them and inform them that the sale was cancelled and return the money to the finance company. RideNow refused. Then they offered a predatory by-back for 1/3 what was financed. This predatory behavior is common in the reviews here and elsewhere. There were several upcharges and they totally took advantage of us. Based on reviews all over the web, we don't expect them to honor the contract saying we can cancel the gap insurance for a FULL RFEFUND. Additionally, there is no ACTUAL corporate headquarters nor any contact information up the chain of command. If you want to purchase from them, bring an attorney to examine every piece of paper - or take the paperwork and have it thoroughly reviewed. Proceed carefully, because if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, there's a good chance, it's a duck. read more

This shop is a disgrace to all the other motorcycle shops around Atlanta. My friend went down to look for a sports bike. He found the one he wanted. Je had his own finacing through his bank. So the salesman had him sign a buyers agreement. While the bank was getting all the paperwork from the dealer, the same salesman sold the bike out from under my friend. Then to top it all off he didn't bother to call my buddy to tell him about it. On the day my friend was supposed to take delivery he called to make sure all was in place and the check had arrived he couldn't get the salesman on the phone. At the end of business the salesman finally calls and tells him what he had done. This was wrong in so many ways. Do not deal with these crooks. They care less about you, more about the money. I do not reccomend them. I only gave them 1 star because you can't give them no stars or I would have. read more

I have been getting service there on my motorcycles for ten years now. They have had great service department managers from Buddy to Laura today! She works really hard getting my bike in and out as quickly as possible. One time Bucky even came and picked up my bike for transit, no questions asked. Yes, as with any work done, you should check for any problems before you leave but they have been very responsive to take care of any issues I point out. The worst experience ever! I came up here to have my rear brake pads and rear tire changed. Which was done! So after 1-2 weeks, a buddy saw that my chain was shaving my swing arm while I was riding! Now that I realized that when they put my tire on they didn't tighten my chain and it was hanging really bad! My family and I were excited to go check out the Freedom Motorsports in McDonough Georgia. We have been longtime residence over 30 years here and I've been to this location a couple times. I know the prices are a little high, yet staff was great at that time. So we wanted to give it a new shot hearing it's been bought out by a company, hoping for some lower prices, and some great deals for a four wheeler for my wife and son for this upcoming hunting season we made a family trip. Disgusted that's an understatement. I would wonder why anyone would go to this location when did the customers my son had witness doing a drug deal out of his motorcycle? I believe Brent is his name. Another employee was using the N-word numerous times in front of my son and wife while revving the motorcycles engine. Then I noticed myself a female employee at the service area. I brought my bike Down on August 18 2020 to have some tires installed on my 2018 GOLDWING. They installed the tires and broke the rear tire pressure monitor. They gave me the run around about replacing the sensor. Ok it damn near took 2 weeks to get the sensors and after the installation, they still couldn't get the light out. Now they claim they have to get a new machine to turn the light off. Now we are in the run around of Bullshiting me about repairing it. I've already placed a claim with the BBB. I found a motorcycle online that I was interested in. After a couple of emails, texts and calls I was offered what I thought was a great deal. I had asked earlier if they could bring it to their location in Canton. He said he could if I put a down payment on it. One I agreed to the deal I told the internet manager I would be there between 5 & 6 to buy the motorcycle. I assumed wrongly that they were going to send the motorcycle to Canton. I get there a little after 6 and the motorcycle wasn't there. I asked the manager of the location what was going on and he told me he was going to send someone down to pick it up but they got too busy. He said he would send someone down after 8 am to bring it up. They wanted me to leave the cash and check with them and do the paperwork to buy the motorcycle prior to seeing it. I couldn't bring myself to leave the money, I told them I would try to be there the next day to see the motor cycle and to do the deal. On my way home I received a call from the internet manager and he began telling me that it was my misunderstanding and that if I wanted to do the deal to turn around and do the paperwork. I made a suggestion that he could bring the bike by my work the next day and he seemed to be agreeable to that but after everything I decided not to do the deal and continue looking. If you decide to deal with Cyclenation and their internet sales manager my suggestion is you keep very good notes and if you can record your conversation so you make sure you understand him completely. If there is any misunderstanding the internet sales manager will let you know it wasn't his misunderstanding but most certainly yours. As it sits I am still looking for the right motorcycle and hopefully will find one soon. read more

I purchased a Kawasaki Mule from Brett at this dealership. So far so good. When I went to take delivery it wasn't ready for 4+ hours later than promised time. When it was delivered the next day it only had one of the two keys it comes with. Since then I've been promised the key 4 different times from 4 different people (special key from dealer). Out of desperation I wrote a letter to the general manager Alisa Gross outlining the problems and requesting help. No response. I then called her on two different days and she conveniently was unavailable. The next day she had me transferred to my salesman who promised the key would be sent. I understand and can live with all of the above except a manager running from an issue or not wanting to be bothered. read more

The sales staff here is very misleading and untrustworthy. I came in to buy a used Polaris ranger that looked to be in pretty good shape. I went through the entire negotiation process and finally got where I wanted to be. During the negotiation it was agreed on that I would get a 3 year extended warranty and a new tail light because one was broken. After everything was done we settled on a delivery date. When the ranger didn't show up that day I reached out to the sales guy who said it would be the next day, but then it didn't come then either. Finally it came after I continued bugging the sales guy, who I apparently ticked off because he got very rude with me. Fast forward to today, my ranger is having axle and cv joint issues so I was going through my warranty information and it says 24 months, not 3 years. I reach out to them about it and it's like I made up the 3 year warranty and it was always 24 months. Also, still no tail light that I was promised. My advice to everyone is steer clear of this place. They are very shady, unreliable, and will absolutely bait and switch on you and have no remorse whatsoever about it. read more

I ordered a 2022 polaris northstar ultimate, had sales person write up the deal, i signed it, paid 1k deposit in cash. this was in early March 2022. It was supposed to be here in April, then may, then july and finally august 20th... got the call yesterday saying an EXACT model came in someone didnt want, and i mean EXACT. funny, according to my sales guy all this time i was the only 1 on the list for that model and color. They said if you want it, its 31k.. well.. thats 4k more than what i had signed for and paid deposit for! There was a 1k back promo with 2YR warranty so it was a decent deal. So they will not sell to me for what we signed papers for and deposited. They said a manager didnt sign it but yet the manager took my 1k cash, and told me all is good. the receipt shows OTD Out the Door price. now they say freight is why its more. 3k to ship more? what a joke. they didnt get this out fast enough, materials cost more now, and they are trying to get it.. this has nothing to with freight. They are scammers, liars, and morons. Do not use this company. i have a company 5 miles down the road and chose to go there based on a friend. this is my 3rd unit from them, or would have been. Where do I start. First of all I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. 2 Years ago I wrote a horrible review about this company. I purchased a New RZR 1000 Turbo XP $24,000 investment from Cycle City in Newnan Ga because of such a bad experience at Freedom 2 years ago. Full MSRP. Then Tim called me apologized and I retracted the comment as well as the review you will see in the pictures below. This time I will not be retracting this comment and plan on spending my personal time posting about this company on every social media site everyday I have time to do so until I get my $500 deposit back. Let's start on the first week of August 2020 I gave Freedom another chance went in met with Becky who told me they didn't have a Ranger in stock but would order and take about a week. This was on Friday the 7th. Followed back up with her on Saturday the 8th she said she would have a ETA on Tuesday. No reply from her on Tuesday so I called the store. Deejay the sales manager said he would call me back. Never did. My wife called same response. On the 14th I went in the store and the tall Caucasian gentleman at the front desk said the Ranger had not yet been ordered due to Becky was on Vacation. This time I told Becky to cancel the order since it had not been ordered. She then let me know my deposit was non refundable even though she didn't do her job or her staff. I have written several emails to Becky and Deejay sales manager who have not responded to refund my $500 since they did not do there job I went to Capitol Cycle in Macon. Just so everyone knows make the drive to Macon and speak to Marco or Todd I then purchased the same model Ranger for thousands less as well as 2 fox four wheelers for my twins for less than the investment they want to charge at Freedom. Currently I run a very large company here in the metro area that customer service is our main concern with 400 trucks on the road our guys would never treat anyone like Becky or Deejay. They would not have a job after a situation like the one I have been through with freedom. Whether Freedom refunds the $500 or not I will continue to let everyone know the experience I had with Freedom. I currently live in a community with off road trails called River Forest with currently 41 homes for sale if that lets you know how many neighbors I have and will make sure I tell all at every HOA meeting my experience with Freedom.
