It's been brought to my attention that he's also posted on his personal Facebook page that I called him to curse him out, which is untrue. I was calm and professional, as Ron knows. He states that he gave me a discount, which is also a lie. He also advertises on his Yelp page that he guarantees one full year of work, and will return for free to fix any and all issues. Unsurprisingly, another lie.
On 5/12/26, Ron and his team cut back and treated a handful of trees/saplings on my property and along my fence line. Ron reassured me that the treated trees would not be a problem moving forward. Less than two months later, almost all trees and saplings have grown back. On 7/7/26, I reached out to Ron about the trees growing back. He deflected any possible error, focusing on a handful of trees that I had him clean up but not treat. After stopping by to look over the regrowth, we spoke by phone. At this time, almost two months after the initial service, he advised me that he would be unable to fully cut or treat trees at the fence line. (There were trees that were fully on my property and/or up against my house that grew back, but he wouldn't take any accountability for those.) When I asked Ron why he hadn't informed me of what he was and was not able to do before I agreed, he became incredibly defensive and argumentative. He stated that he would come out a second time to take care of the regrowth, but my issues were with new saplings, not trees he treated (which is incorrect). When I pushed back on why he had not been upfront about his limitations, he began speaking over me and cutting me off. I politely requested that he not cut me off when he replied "You know what, do whatever you want," before hanging up on me.
So while he could not follow through on his initial promise of successfully treating trees, he also will not be following through on his second promise of correcting what he failed to do initially.
While Ron is nice enough initially, once issues arise and he's on the hot seat, his egotistical side will appear.
Take your money to a company who deserves it - Ron doesn't.
