Communication was great throughout the project and was completed in the timeframe they gave me. From the contractors they brought in to the (bearded) builders who did the majority of the work to the management and office staff, the entire process was smooth and left me without doubt the work was being done correctly with quality craftsmanship. While most will find Bearded Builders are certainly not the cheapest option out there for home remodel projects, by the time they're finished you realize you get what you pay for with a 5-year warranty to boot. Hopefully I'll win the lottery so I can hire them to them overhaul my kitchen next.

November 23 we signed a contract for a kitchen remodel and finally got started in May 24. We paid the contracted amount complete 6/4/2024. They added a few hundred dollars in miscellaneous charges that are unpaid until workmanship issues are fixed. Meanwhile Deloa owes thousands of dollars to the countertop contractor - and now I have a lien against my house. I would love to resolve this issue - but it starts with them fixing their work. I am confused why they didn't pay thousands of dollars to their contractor waiting for my few hundred dollars of after the fact - additional miscellaneous charges. My only leverage of getting the work repaired is to hold that money - but they don't seem interested in fixing the work or paying their bills.
