The service is ok, knowledgeable guy I dealt with, definitely was not happy to be there though. Also, there needs to be a better explained disclaimer. I saw the sign on the wall of all sales being final due to individual taste. That does not mean "Hey! Our juice tastes like flavored water". I've had some light juices before but this is just bad, it's pure nicotine salt taste with the smallest background flavor of what I chose. The cost does make up for this as the juice is not unpalatable and cheaper than about any vape shop I've been so points for that. read more

Went in after calling to make sure they had the coil I wanted. When I go in the big white kid doesnt have it he says then gives me the old model coil and says o he messed up and the coil is actually 8 dollars instead of the 7 told over the phone. Disappointed in the dude behind the counter who stood there with a smug expression. If hes not the owner you should seriously replace that guy. read more

Popped in to buy some batteries. Very friendly staff and looked to be a very good selection of e-juices.

Stopped in for some batteries, was a little reluctant to pay more than what i usually pay from my usual shop (Sony VTC5A $10 each) but I purchased a pair of IMREN 3500mah 30A from Freedom Vapes for $12 each....i get home and do some research and apparently IMREN is a Chinese battery rewrapping company that buys sub par batteries from manufacturers then rewraps them and marks them with higher ratings than they can actually withstand, now I'm worried if I use them they may blow up in my face. Tip for the company, buy reputable batteries from Sony/Samsung/Sanyo/Etc. And sell those to your customers so you aren't literally putting them in danger. read more
