They were very professional, respectful of our dog's grave where we had placed a wooden cross (someone placed a cross out of rocks on the site), all safety was observed not just for our home but the crew, and I can't even describe the cleanup. And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.

The lady was very professional and she explained that she would contact Mr. Aguilar and they would call me back with a time. Ten minutes after I hung up with her she was calling me back asking if the next morning would be okay since it was not raining. I told her that would be great. He was there at 9:00am. Inspected the roof and the inside for damage. He said the only thing he had seen was a nail that had backed out. He repaired it and was gone before 10am. They truly care about their customers...They checked back with us later to make sure it still wasn't leaking.

They stated they only provide a three-year warranty and unfortunately since I went through a Archulata Restoration, as the GC, there was no written documentation regarding the warranty. Now they offered to once again repair the roof. But only no one from their office returns calls or answers emails to schedule. Customer Service??? Yes, I was wrong to not get the warranty in writing...BUT now they look the other way. I have contacted another roofer who advises that the whole TPO roof is faulty...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM IN ANY MANNER.

They responded to my request for a quote the same day I made the request. 2. Timely. Not only did they arrive on time when they stated they would to give me a quote, they called to re-verify I was available approximately 1 hour before they arrived. 3. Customer Service. After the run-around from the other three (3) companies, I contacted Henry's to have them proceed. They insisted on having the person that provided the quote to contact me to answer any additional questions or concerns I may have. 4. Just in time. I was given an estimate day for installation, followed up by a reconfirmation a couple of days beforehand. The work was completed just in time to test everything because it started raining the next morning. 5. Highly Recommended. Not only was everything on time and now successfully tested, you would be hard pressed to tell that they had been here installing the guttering (besides the brand spanking new guttering in place). They had to remove part of the eave fascia on the house and trim part of the roof on the shop and there isn't a nail, scrap of wood, or piece of metal left behind. All they left behind was their footprints.
