    I have had a very frustrating experience this office. From the start, communication was poor; my…read moreemails and calls often went unanswered. When I finally did get a response, the information provided was inconsistent and unclear. It would provide me absolutely zero direction for my next steps I needed to take. I also had MANY issues with a claim that took an unreasonable amount of time (more than 2.5 months) to resolve. All of which this time I was left without a vehicle to do anything or go anywhere. No efforts were made to even try and help me find a temporary solution. I think I got a total of 3 phone calls during this time, and it was THEM asking ME where things were at with the claim? How am I supposed to know??? Isn't that literally YOUR job?? To help me figure that out? I was never promised any follow ups, leaving me in the dark and feeling ignored. Customer care is not a priority here. Also, they rely on corporate/automated messages ONLY to send to their customers for late or missed payments, or ANYTHING else of the sort. There is no personalized care of any kind, and you just plain don't feel taken care of. I ended up missing a payment, completely unbeknownst to me because somehow my autopay was suspended. (No idea why, I assume it has to do with my claim at the time, but I could be wrong) They made zero efforts to let me know, I received zero emails, phone calls, texts from either them or the automated system. They also attempted to blame ME for this. Now, I owe an exorbitant amount of money (which I will pay, like duh) due to their incompetence because this went on for not one month, BUT THREE. With zero notice. I was in contact with them and others and told "not to worry about a payment" because of my in process claim. Guess what? They didn't care enough to actually look and see that yes, I still owed money for my vehicle so that I could make my payments on time. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. They don't care enough to do their jobs or take care of their customers. I highly recommend you search around the state of Texas for another agent since they don't have to be in your town. Believe me, if 0 stars were an option, it would be applicable here.
