Although Kristian does a great job selling that before you sign a contract, when an issue comes up, you see a true lack of professionalism. Where it doesn't cost you to look elsewhere, you should. Kristian's own team overcharged me. When her own assistant was correcting the issue, Kristian went out of the way to pick up the phone and call me and speak in a disrespectful tone to begin with. Funny thing was our issue was already resolved and Kristian for some odd reason wanted to just argue for the sake of arguing without even knowing the situation or why I was billed incorrectly. After being corrected and informed, instead of acknowledging being wrong, she hung up on me. I called corporate who agreed that her behavior was unprofessional, they on their own recommended a new agent, and confirmed that what I and Kristian's assistant had already figured out was correct and that Kristian had no idea what she was talking about.
