Instead of me having to sit in the phone with different companies Paul and his team get all the quotes for me and find me the best price. When it comes to my business they are great too. I own National Air and Heat and I needed to send an insurance certificate to a building so that my technician would be able to service a clients a/c. We were having trouble getting ahold of the Association so they can let us know where to send the certificate to and by the time we got the info Emperor Insurance was already closed. We emailed them anyways hoping that they will send the certificate early the next morning and to my surprise we had a copy of the certificate in our email shortly after. Even though they we closed then must have seen the email and took care of our problem. I sure hate it every time tax time comes around. It's a yearly chore you must do...that you hate doing and wish you never had to do but must be done. I hate the entire process, keeping/looking for tons of documentation for your expenses is bad enough... I don't even want to think about actually going to do the effort to file them yourself. Certainly, I know there are a lot of programs out there that claim to make filing your own taxes quick and easy. But honestly, I will never use them. I find just looking for my documents and getting all the necessary information to do my income taxes to be troublesome. The tax code is lengthy and complex, I don't consider myself an expert and I don't ever want to be. So I certainly don't want to go thru the effort of doing my own. Thankfully there are people you can pay to take care of it for you. I have done my taxes thru H & R Block almost every year. I started going to this H&R Block since last year and have been helped by Shirley Garcia. She is super friendly, she finds a way to help me laugh as I am going thru a process I abhor. She is also patient, explaining and answering any questions I have. She also explained what tax bracket I may be in next year so I will be prepared for the changes in the laws. She also really did me a favor by giving me an appointment on a day she normally does not work as I have been very busy at the beginning of this year because of work/health issues. I certainly appreciated her coming to the office to only do my taxes on a late Friday afternoon before Easter. She is great and I feel better about having a tax professional like her handle filing my taxes. I will certainly be back next year to file my taxes again.
