I have been a client of Bryan Pullaro for over 30 years... YES... THIRTY…read moreYEARS. My current monthly payment to Allstate for my auto insurance (through his company) is over $430 per month. I have never purchased the bare minimum coverage. I have called Bryan's office 3 different days, in the last 8 days, and talked with 3 different "employees". Bryan has NEVER been available to take my call. I have left messaged all 3 days for BRYAN TO CALL ME BACK. This is the problem, after being a 30 year client.... Bryan has not taken the time to call me back once. Today... I made my 4th call to his office. His office staff are NOT helpful at all.... Janet was NICE... but even when I asked her to get Bryan to call me back (yesterday) HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Last night, I began shopping for NEW AUTO INSURANCE. It is clear that Bryan does not deserve my business and I REGRET PAYING HIM FOR 30 YEARS. This is the first time ... in 30 years that I have tried to talk to Bryan. UNACCEPTABLE. Allstate is NOT the cheapest auto insurance that you can buy. Allstate is NOT the highest rated insurance that you can buy. If you are looking for auto insurance... I suggest you pass by Bryan Pullaro's Allstate insurance.

I added another vehicle to my policy and was seriously under quoted . I called to get It all straightened out and they did not try to fix anything at all. I told them okay I will go to a different insurance agency and they simply said okay!!! Never once tried to resolve the issue. Save your time and money and go through another insurance agency because these people have no clue what they are doing.
