Agent: My name is, I am calling you from Dan Burghardt insurance. Customer: HI, thanks for calling me, I had planned to call you all during business hours tomorrow regarding the letter I received. agent: yes, your insurance company has filed bankruptcy, we can only write you with Citizens insurance. Customer: Why only Citizens? Agent: That's who we can write with. do you pay your insurance or your escrow? Customer: Escrow. now, you telling me my escrow would have to pay the new policy prior to my current policy being due, which will cause you a escrow shortage. you will get a refund of the unused portion of your current insurance, but we don't know when that will be. Customer: vents frustration, quickly explains its not you, I know you are only doing your job. I might as well find my own insurance. Agent: Well, good luck with that, sarcastically Customer: Thank you, sarcastically Agent: have a good day, and ended the call. Customer- Stunned at the rudeness and now they not accepting calls.
