The coffee flavour wasn't fully frozen, but the rest of the flavours were excellent, above average for this type of place (and the coffee tasted great, just wasn't quite there on texture). My favourites were the cake batter and cotton candy, which were set up to swirl together. The topping bar also has a good variety, and although I didn't get any, the fresh fruit toppings looked very good. The cupcake bite toppers that I put on my yogurt were fun. We visited this place for the first time today, and while the flavors were great and we loved the outdoor seating area, our experience was unfortunately marred by the incredibly rude behavior of one of the staff members. My husband and I have a 1-year-old son who's been under the weather, so we decided to take both of our little ones out for a bit. Our daughter loved the toppings section, and it was a beautiful day, so we were happy to sit outside. After we finished, I made sure the area was clean--garbage was thrown away, the table was wiped down--and I moved the high chairs to a spot by the door, out of the way of other customers. While my husband was carrying our 1-year-old and our 2-year-old was running around (the place is on a busy street, so I didn't feel comfortable taking the high chairs back inside while trying to manage two young children), the woman working there came over from behind the counter and yelled at me, saying, "I would have appreciated it if you would have put the high chairs back where you found them, but whatever, you have a great day." I was stunned. With two small kids to look after, I couldn't even respond to her rudeness. I was just trying to be considerate and make sure the high chairs were placed somewhere they wouldn't be in the way. This is the first time in three years of living here that I've been treated this way at a business. My kids loved it here, and I did too, but honestly, if she's behind the counter next time, I'd probably take my business elsewhere. Used to be the best place to get frozen yogurt. Amazing toppings. That was until they started to mess around with flavors. First they remove pomegranate, then they decide to remove black cherry and replace with some shitty flavor like tart or something. The bathroom - i've had my share of fro-yos and every place i had been to was not very baby-friendly. These fro-yo places tend to be small businesses and they don't really think about babies when they set up their bathrooms - however, despite the location in a college town, freeze frame had a very clean bathroom with a changing table! THE PERFECT REFRESHER! While strolling down Broadway, I had the desire for something cool and refreshing. This place hit the spot! I don't eat frozen yogurt very often so this was a treat for me. This place was very nice with casual seating and outdoor dining option. They offer a variety of different types of frozen yogurt plus toppings, (including fresh fruit and nuts). The employee was very warm and gracious and allowed s to sample as much as we wanted. After just a couple of samples, I chose the cheesecake yogurt which tasted nothing like cheesecake. However, it was light and delicious without being overly sweet or highly processed. I never choose toppings but my husband had the chopped pecans on his trio of yogurt. This yogurt is sold by the weight and a 3/4 full small container will cost you $4.51. This is not the type of yogurt that simply dissipates on your tongue, I found it to be quite substantial and I would have been satisfied with half of a cup. It was very nice. We actually ate at one of their outdoor tables so that we could enjoy the beautiful weather and take in more of the area. If you are in the area and need a nice treat that is not too sweet or heavy, this yogurt shop is perfect! read more

Great froyo here; in a prime location. It is a perfect post-dinner place to grab dessert with plenty of outdoor seating to people watch. As popular as this place seems to be as there's usually people there every time I go past, i was fairly disappointed when I went for my first visit recently. The shop was horribly under-air conditioned so that the indoor temperature and humidity was similar to the outside conditions. Maybe this wouldn't have been *too* uncomfortable except that the frozen yogurt appeared very soft and not well-set---this, combined with the temperature resulted in ice cream soup within a short period of time. For as much as you pay for your frozen yogurt here, a much better experience is expected. I'll be checking out other dessert places in town rather than returning here. read more

This one is right across the street from my new home, so I checked it out after a run on the river one night. They have a LOT of flavors compared to most FroYo places (Pinkberry, Menchies, Orange Leaf, SweetFrog, etc.) And they have all the toppings you'd expect, plus some! I had a small birthday cake with strawberry boba, blackberries, blueberries, & strawberries and it was really good. Price seemed about average ($4.50) for the amount of stuff I got. came here with some friends after a stroll along the river. the atmosphere is great. probably the best yogurt place i've been in terms of atmosphere. it's definitely a long way from the traditional pink berry theme. this place has brick walls, distressed wood, mismatched outdoor furniture, giant metal fans on the ceiling and art for sale on the walls. the yogurt selection was good with quite a few sorbets for those less lactosey. the toppings looked fresh and they had a good variety. i couldn't find any marshmallow sauce, which made me sad, but it's probably for the best. the cups they have are on the skinny and tall side, which makes your cup seem very empty at first, so be careful. =) read more

Even one star is too high of a rating for this establishment. First, we arrived about 15 minutes before opening and the employee rudely turned and told us, "we aren't open." So we patiently waited until noon on a bench nearby for our third friend to arrive. Once he arrived, we proceeded to wait outside the door. A second employee looked at us with a strong glare of disgust, turned the lock, and walked away as if we posed a threat to the unopen establishment. Overall, I was very unpleased with the staffs' friendliness. I've been to this yogurt chain before and was hesitant to return because of its poor quality products and dusty and unkempt atmosphere. I was a super big fan of this place when I was visiting Columbus. They have a ton of yogurt flavors, and a ton of toppings. Everything is serve yourself, the only complaint I have is that I want a sectioned cup so I can try more flavors at once! And that I didn't find it sooner on my trip...
