Let me just start off by saying...this is the first review I have ever written. I figured that with the exceptional service I got today, I owed them a positive one! I bought a deal off groupon but before purchasing the deal, I called to make sure they had room available for me when I was free. They didn't answer me so I left a message. Within a few minutes, they called me back. The man over the phone was super friendly unlike most garages you deal with. The place was tricky to find but eventually I found it. Even when I got there, the service continued to be great. The mechanic allowed me to bring my car in the garage and then checked to see what the issue was with my brakes. What's even better is that when he told me I'd need to get my disks changed, he even brought me to see my used up disks and explained me what was wrong with them. I could see for myself that he was right and that they would need to be changed. The easy-going man at the front desk called to find out how much the parts were going to be. He didn't charge me for the labor which was nice as the labor was only included to get the pads changed (as the groupon deal stated). As they ordered the parts, I left my car in their hands. Within minutes my phone was ringing, notifying me that my car was ready! Truly an exceptional service. Super friendly and honest. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs their brakes changed or who needs an oil change! Furthermore, their parts are guaranteed for life!
