She looked at my whole body, my lifestyle, my stress, my nutrition, my gut health, and what was actually going on underneath the surface. The program was a four-month commitment, and I really appreciated that it was one cost to work with her during that time. I never felt like I was being left to figure things out alone. If something needed to be adjusted, Dr. Duncan adjusted it. If I needed more support for my GI tract, she provided what I needed at no additional cost. When my supplements needed to be tweaked, she exchanged them and helped guide me through the changes, at no cost to me. She also added lifestyle tools and activities to support my healing without charging me extra. What other doctor would do that?! Dr. Duncan went above and beyond what any other practitioner has ever done for me. When things felt hard or overwhelming, all I had to do was reach out, and she would walk me through what I needed help with. She was patient, supportive, and truly invested in helping me succeed. I also liked that we had regularly scheduled check-in times. But I could text, call or meet with her personally for any additional care I needed any time! My brain fog is gone. The tendonitis in my shoulder and elbow is gone. I lost 50 pounds, and weight loss was not even the main reason I came to see her. The weight just fell off!
