The apartments themselves are relatively nice and centrally located, the issue is the management of the apartment complex and how she conducts herself is where the issues arise. Any complaints logged will ultimately become because of you. The front office conducts business in a manner that if you log a complaint of any kind you are the problem. While living there a woman was assaulted in the apartment complex and because my neighbor and I stepped in the office considered us the issue. A drunk drive totaled two vehicles in the parking lot, and when we called the police because the driver ran and hid in his apartment, we became the problem because we called the police. When renters would come in and listen to loud music all hours of the night that resulted in the walls vibrating for hours, and police would be notified, the office considered you the problem for reporting it. Any ability to ensure a safe home and non disruptive place to live is undermined by the apartment front office staff, as if they are forced to do more than smoke cigarettes in front of the office and take your money when its due makes you a problem.
