We start to look around and I'm talking to him about brands, sizing and heel styles thinking someone will come and help us. Nope-we were never acknowledged, not once. After 5 minutes or so, we walked out to take our business elsewhere. They didn't comment on our leaving either nor did anyone say "thanks for coming in". One thing I can say that's a positive-they are consistent....in providing the absolute worst customer experience! We walked in ready to drop whatever it cost, to get my husband good boots-and left with nothing except a sour taste in our mouths. I'll never go back and I'll tell everyone I run into to avoid it as well. Off to Knoxville now! PS With the advertising they do I was expecting a huge selection. There was no selection. There was such a variety of shoes I had a hard time deciding. I felt like a kid in a candy store. All merchandise was well organized. It was easy to find my size. I picked up a great pair of Florsheim dress shoes and a pair of Keen hiking shoes each for $50 bucks! Larry, the stock/salesperson, was so helpful. Great guy! When they found out we just stopped in on our way to do some waterfall hiking they proceeded to share all the local popular hiking spots and talked with her as if they were friends sharing notes about upcoming plans.
