Oh Frenchy's! How you tricked us so. On the recommendation of our cab driver, we loaded into the van and headed to Frenchy's thinking we were gonna see some "BAD" looking chicks. You know, the kind you see in on Caliente and the reggaeton videos. Ummm...me thinks not. First of all, Frenchy's is located in a dank, dark, alley; and for some reason there were 5 or 6 questionable looking guys hanging out front. Our dumbazz cabby pulls right into the alley! Yes it was a production of a bunch of gringos walking into the joint. Warning sign #1 that should of told us to bounce: $20pp! I think we had the feeling that for $20, we are going to get a really good show. Umm no. Warning sign #2: 2 girls on stage, all the rest of the girls were floating in the "audience" where they were giving lap dances on the spot or hanging around the bar. I thought that the guys weren't allowed to touch the girls. But obviously, not in Puerto Rico. Warning sign #3: the drinks were expensive than a mofo! I can't tell you how much drinks were but we drank, all night. Not cheap though but we had a whole mob to chip in. We all sat stage side and aside from the male interaction our own ladies got a lot of love too. One of our girls even got pulled up on stage and worked against the pole. As for the bride and groom, they shared a duo private party that I will always wonder what happened since all I got was stories. I need first-hand knowledge. Now just from the feel of the place you know there's some extracurricular going on but my suspicions went unanswered until I read these Yelp reviews and full service is an option. My party all went home but when in Rome I don't judge or care to be judged. At closing time the place let us pick two girls to do a set together and it just added to how high our night already was. Funny story is when we left we were headed back to the condo and missed our headcount. We totally left one of our people at the club and when we pulled back up they weren't even mad. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO FRENCHY'S! Talk about a shake down!!! We were charged a $20 pp admission fee and there weren't any dancers on stage! Instead, the women only stood around at the bar and went into private rooms to have sex. Not cool.... No wonder it was so empty inside. Hey - It's a strip club in central San Juan. It is overpriced, the girls are of enormous variance in terms of attractiveness and there was a certain undeniable sketchiness. It was also super fun, hilariously funny, and served the purpose (bachelor party) exceptionally well. I will of course never be hosting a bachelor party in San Juan again, but, if by some bizarre twist of fate / luck, I were to, I wouldnt hesitate to come back. All very friendly and immediately came to our table to offer their dancing services. I've been to a lot of strip clubs throughout the US, and nothing compares. At the door, 3 muscular security, nothing wrong with that. 20 per person to enter, Me and my friend paid even tho that is really expensive compared to clubs in the UNited States. When we entered, a whole bunch of women sitting looking at the people entering the club. No one is dancing and the club has maybe 2 other male customers. This is on a Wednesday night around 12 midnight. Server showed us to a table and some seats. Drinks are 16 dollars, the server says 10 for the drink and 6 goes to him. We told him that we do not drink. But in this club, you have to buy drinks every 30 minutes. He said bottle water was 7 bucks. We ask about the women, 100 for the club and 160 for a woman. This is not a strip club. It's an expensive whore house. Me and my friend, did not buy any drinks and left within 4 minutes. We did not get our entry money back. But it's cool, if that's how they think is a good way to run a club. They will not get repeat customers, unless that customer have money flowing out their ass. Strip clubs in the United States are way better. If I can foresee the future, this club will not be open for long unless the weekends are way different, meaning if they have more customers on the weekends. I know locals are not paying these prices. They are taking advantage of foreigners. The women have pretty faces and nice slim, shape. Mix between no titties, big titties, no asses to something behind there. Also, talking with a guy that was working at one of the clubs, told me and my friend that "Lips", "Frenchy's" and "D Girls" was owned by the same guy. As a female with a group of men- it was quite entertaining to speak to these women on a level different than the men.
