The best espresso coffee in Framingham! Really friendly staff here, they remember all of their customers. You can order in English, Spanish or Portuguese. There's table service on the right, or walk up to the counter for service to go. It's a really nice place to enjoy a meal with friends if you can make the time. This is not a typical pastries and cookies cafe, so they don't have snacks ready to go (get those at the bakery across the street!). They do have an extensive menu of breakfast and lunch that they make to order. In addition to coffee, they have tea, juices, smoothies... Restroom in the back. Metered parking unless you can walk 4 minutes from a side street.

I love this place! Hands down my top pick for coffee in Framingham. Delicious house made syrup options, fun Brazilian twists on lattes, and really good food as well. I loved the service, staff is super friendly and the space is really nice as well. This iced passion fruit latte is amazing, highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Best cafe in metrowest. Fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon are just a few of the delicious offerings. Best thing is being welcomed like family

You might ask yourself where can I go for a great Sunday is the place. Cozy atmosphere place to meet with friends and family, delicious food and the best thing and welcoming atmosphere feeling the family detail for attention always a smile always a good morning a great day.

Breakfast is one of my fave meals. I love me a good egg dish or pancakes especially shared with my family. We decided to try Frescafe one weekday morning that we were off from work. The food is okay. We got an omelette and a benny. I always say that food is always better when someone else makes it for you but I want to say this tastes just like when I make food. And unfortunately, I'm not that great of a cook so while it was fine, I didn't feel like it was worth a meal eaten out. The service is friendly and nice even though there only being one server for the whole place at the time. I might have had higher hopes than I should have and while it's not bad, not sure I'd keep coming back again and again.

Frescafe's "Special" Egg Benedict. (I can't remember the name). But...Yummy.

I visited Frescafe on a Tuesday, late morning and it was pretty empty. The waitress (Sue)warmly greeted me. There were two other tables with patrons eating. I ordered a black coffee ($2.59) and I was surprised that it tasted weak and watery. However, I ordered their special Eggs Benedict, with traditional English muffin, eggs and Hollandaise sauce. What made it special was the avocado and bacon with a little cup of salsa. I seriously can't remember the name because it's listed on a different menu. It came with yummy home fries. I loved this dish (with the exception of the egg whites not being totally cooked). See pic. I won't much complain about the price because this was a special 'girl solo' breakfast and I loved the Benny. However, when I pay 14.00 plus tip for my breakfast, I expect the coffee to be great and the main dish to be stellar. Overall, next time I'm in the Natick area, I might visit again just to give that Eggs Benedict another try. I hope I get Sue as a waitress because she treated all guests kindly, personably and yet professionally.

Nice spot in downtown Framingham. The waitresses knew the regulars names and it felt really cozy environment. My Fiance is on a diet and wasn't eating bread so the offered some veggies on the side which was a nice gesture . I had the french toast and it was amazing

Solid Yolk in the egg Benedict. Over cooked! Hollandaise sauce was delish though.

This has been one of my favorite places for brunch in Natick/Framingham area, and I have frequented this place several times. However, the quality of the food and service have been deteriorating over the past few years. We visited on a Sunday and was able to get a seat immediately (the place was not terribly busy). However, we waited over 15 mins to put our order in, and over half and hour to get our food (45 mins of hunger). Once we got our food, the eggs Benedict was overcooked. We told the waiter that, and got a sheepish smile with no offer to compensate or switch our dishes. We decided not to pursue it since we were hungry and didn't want to wait another 30 mins for food. I still love this place and I hope they do better in the future because I really want to come back and get a good experience. I hope the owners see this review and improve on it.

    Frescafe's top-notch thoughtful and friendly staff :)

Nestled in downtown Framingham, Frescafe is always a great way to start the day. The menu at Frescafe amazes me with the expansive range of offerings from traditional to 7 different kinds of Eggs Benedict, Caramel Walnut French Toast to just about everything else in between! My taste buds were singing this morning as I indulged in one of their specials of the day, Shrimp Pomodoro Omelet (sautéed shrimp, tomato, garlic, pesto & parmesan cheese) it looked amazing and the flavors had such a remarkable depth..as my children used to say, A, B, C, Delicious!! Frescafe has a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the thoughtful and friendly staff to the beautiful splashes of art that dress their walls, promoting sales for local artists...love it!

Fantastic breakfast. The Monte Cristo was awesome along with the prosciutto and avocado eggs Benedict. The zucchini pancakes were good too. Service was awesome, very attentive and personable staff. A must visit

This place knows how to do brunch. It's located in downtown Framingham, right by the train station. There's loads of free parking in the area so there's no headache! The restaurant is adorable. It's like a little diner that has every kind of breakfast food you can think of. And an added HUGE plus, you get a great bargain for your food! I started off with a coffee that comes with additional refills. And my group ordered 4 different things off the menu (there were 4 of us). - Nutella and berries French toast: NUTELLA. This dish is pretty heavy, don't think I could have finished it on its own. - Tomato and Lox eggs Benedict: Eggs Benny for $10? DAMN that's a deal!! And it was loaded with hollandaise and the home fries were bomb. - Apple and cinnamon waffles: not too sweet and a perfect fall treat. Get the whipped cream on the side - omelet (I'm forgetting what the name was, but it had goat cheese): HUGE. This omelet was massive, comes with home fries and toast. We split the bill and it came to about $12 each including tax and tip. WHAAAT. And the staff were crazy nice. We were having a girls lunch to catch up and we stayed for maybe around 3 hours... But they didn't rush us and we're nice to us, even continued asking if we wanted more coffee after we settled out check. Needless to say, I will definitely be back to this place if I'm ever in the Framingham area. Suburbia makes me realize how expensive Boston is!

The place itself was clean, neat, and not very large. We ordered the regular eggs Benedict (around $21) and the chicken and waffle eggs Benedict (around $30). Between the two, I definitely preferred the chicken and waffle Benedict. It was more savory, whereas the regular eggs Benedict also savory but came with a red sauce that was surprisingly sweet when I was expecting something more traditional and savory. Overall, I would come here for a special occasion, as the price point feels a bit high for what you get. You can definitely find a similar eggs Benedict elsewhere for cheaper. That said, I do recommend trying the green hot sauce they have. I thought it paired really well and tasted better with the dish.

This was our first time going since it had opened as the Fireside Tavern. It is fair to say we were underwhelmed. My wife ordered a Dirty Martini and it had a lot of vermouth in it which is not the correct way to prepare it. For an appetizer we got the Calamari which was very good. Crispy and tender with delicious hot peppers added in as well. For the main courses we got the Chicken Piccata severed over Gnocchi which was good but nothing special. Gnocchi were a bit denser than we like. Our other main was the Seafood Paella. On the plus side it had a lot of seafood in it, mussels, Shrimp, Scallops and a white fish. All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously. Jenna our server was awesome and attentive but not overbearing. She was fantastic and made for an enjoyable evening.
