Hector came for a consultation and was willing to come an additional day when my mother would be available, should she have had additional questions. One of the first things he asked me, after seeing the house, was whether we wanted to downgrade to a detail cleaning to save money, before any pricing was discussed. He presented all three options and we still went with the full package for our needs, as it is quute reasonable. I was tempted to give him the approval on the spot. He came yesterday with two others to clean the entire home, which surprised me to realize he was a part of the crew. My parents are really appreciative of the work that the team did, because the crew dtayed for nearly 7 hours! When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.
