Fresh Express has been sold in my grocery store for years and I've been enjoying it for years. I'm very careful about the use by date. I recommend not working here they make you work for 6-8 hours straight with no lunch!!! Or brake and the supervisor don't care

Bought the crunchy veggie salad at the grocer... according to the ingredients, it lists several veggies, including pea pods. We saw PLENTY OF SHREDS OF RED CABBAGE, BUT NO PEA PODS. We wrote to Fresh Express. They did not offer a replacement product ... no way would we have any interest in continuing loyalty to this brand. There are plenty of competitors for salads out there available at grocers. Many of the competitors use higher quality ingredients and offer their products at comparable pricing to Fresh Express. I once again forgot about your crappy product, I purchased a bag of your salad and the expiration date isn't for another 4 days and Last night I saw it is rotten. So it expired 5 days early. It's not my fridge as everything not fresh express does well. Pissed off on a senior budget read more

Fresh express it is not! I have been buying the Fresh Express Spring Mix salad bag at my local Family Fare for a over a year. I have had so many bags that are spoiled it's pathetic. I have called the Fresh Express consumer comments line and they tell me that it's a shipping problem. It gets too warm. I asked the produce manager at the store and he said that he just takes it out of the cooler and puts it on the shelf. No one takes responsibility for the bad product being offered at this store. I understand that there might be some bad product once in a while but this is consistently bad product. The pics tell it all. I bought this most recent bag yesterday 6/28/21 with a best if used by date of July 2. I pulled 6 more obviously bad bags off the shelf and placed them in the reject pile before finding the least spoiled bag that I bought. When I got it home and opened it, there was spoiled product throughout the bag. I have bought Dole brand salad bags at Meijer and they are fresh and last at least through their freshness date. I'm not going to buy this product any more. It's too difficult to sort through the bag to remove the spoiled leaves and flush the remaining salad clean. read more
